Harry Potter was paging through the photo album Hagrid had given to him and his twin sister, inside were moving photographs of people young and old. In the few weeks that they twins had returned to Privet Drive they learned that it was their family - their magical relatives.

Hedwig gave a loud squawk whenever Harry decided to reside in the room he was now sharing with Lexi. Mowgli was sleeping his head tucked beneath his wing, Lexi was in the kitchen helping their Aunt with preparations for some business meeting of Uncle Vernon.

"I can't Hedwig!" Harry softly scolded her, "I'm not allowed to use magic outside of school. Besides if Uncle Vernon..."

Hedwig gave another loud squawk of frustration.

"HARRY POTTER!!!" Uncle Vernon called out loudly up the stairs.

"Now you've done it," Harry said to Hedwig as he got up and left to go hear what his Uncle wanted.

Upon entering the living room he found his Aunt Petunia struggling to straighten Dudley's bow tie, his twin sister was busy putting final touches on the elaborate pudding our Aunt had made and their Uncle was next to their Aunt his large hands on his hips.

"I warned you," Uncle Vernon said shoving a sausage like finger underneath Harry's nose, "If you can't control those bloody birds, they'll have to go!"

"But they're bored," he repeated, "If we could just let them out an hour or two..."

But as expected Uncle overrode him before he could finish his sentence, "And have you two sent secret messages to your freaky little friends. Oh no, sir!" he blundered.

"But we haven't got any messages," Harry moaned feeling angry at his friends, "from any of our friends. Not one!"

"Who would want to be friends with you two?" Dudley spat advancing on Harry and Lexi who had come out from the kitchen to stand next to her twin.

"People without piggy eyes and tails," Lexi snapped glaring at her cousin. Dudley covered his large bottom with his hands and walked past them without another glance.

"I should think you two'd be more grateful!" Uncle Vernon snapped glaring between the two of them, "We raised you two since you were babies, given you food off our table, even let you have Dudley's second bedroom... purely out of the goodness of our hearts."

Dudley turned back towards the four people in the living room, "I thought they got the second bedroom because Mum was afraid that they'd turn us into dung beetles if we put them back in the cupboard under the stairs?"

Aunt Petunia glared at her husband whom had turned slightly red at the mention of how he had gotten Dudley to relinquish his second bedroom, seeing Dudley extending a finger towards the pudding he scolded his son, "Not yet, Dudley. That's for when the Masons arrive."

"Which should be any moment!" Aunt Petunia squealed.

"Now," said Uncle Vernon, "Let's run through our schedule one more time. Petunia, when the Masons get here, you will be..."

"In the lounge," Aunt Petunia answered giving the room a hearty sweep with her arms, "waiting to welcome them graciously into our home."

"Good, and Dudley?" he asked beaming his large son.

"I'll be waiting to open the door," Dudley said in a bored voice.
