Chapter 1 Albus Severus Potter

Hey guys I am sorry if this book is not that good but this is the first Harry Potter book I haven't written any Harry Potter books so bear with me

"Albus let's go you have to get going the train leaves in a few minutes" I looked up at my mother and father "Albus is gonna be in Slytherin!" My mum hit him in the back of the head "James Sirus Potter! Be nice to your brother and give it a rest already!"

He groaned and ran ahead of us and met with his nitwit friends they were okay but they are very annoying when they wanna be "Albus sweetie you will do just fine" I smiled up at my mother.

I was so nervous what if I do get put in Slytherin I didn't realize I stopped until I looked at my dad who was standing in front of me.

"Are you ready Albus?" I looked at my father and sighed "what if I get put in Slytherin, what if James is right" he knelt down in front of me and looked me straight in the eyes.

"Albus Severus, you were named for two headmasters of Hogwarts. One of them was a Slytherin and he was probably the bravest man I ever knew."

I smiled at him and nodded and we began walking towards the train when I said goodbye to my mother and sister Lily, James came running over snitching on someone.

Don't know who don't care who either just wanted to get to Hogwarts and get this matter sorted out! I said goodbye to my uncle and my aunt Ron & Hermione Weasley I smiled and hugged them and stood next to my cousin Rosie.

"Albus dear you will do just fine when you get to the sorting hat they will know who you are know you belong in Gryffindor don't worry my dear" I smiled up at my aunt Hermione.

I headed to the train with my cousin rosie she was cool she was the only cousin that was going to Hogwarts Hugo wasn't, not yet he has one more year I think he and Lily are about the same age but she is 10 and he is going to be 10 next year so Hugo has 2 more years to go.

I got on the train and sat next to Rosie and James who was chattering with some chick that looked like she could lose some make up.

I shook my head ignoring my brother just cause he can be witty doesn't mean he has to use it all the time.

A couple of hours later we reached the boats where they would take us to the castle where we enter the feast area I stand in line waiting patiently for my turn in the sorting hat.

"Albus Potter!" She called my name I could feel my heart beat faster I took a seat on the stool and waited "hmm interesting, this is a very easy one" I waited wait seemed like hours but only was a few seconds "GRYFFINDOR!!" I sighed relaxing now I don't have to worry about getting teased.

After everyone got sorted the feast began Rosie got placed in gryffindor which is good so I can actually know someone after the feast we went to our commons which was already unpacked.

"You must be Albus Potter, I am Killi Thorin aren't you Harry Potter's son?" I sighed oh geez here this goes.

"One of them yes" he nodded and that was that yawning and getting in bed and falling asleep.
