The grand high joker

Chapter 4

The Witches convention will start in 30 minutes. Her assistant witch, Miss Irvine helped her to get ready for the meeting. She asked her to put the newly-blended formula inside the little blue bottles labeled "Formula 86". The purple liquid that Miss Earnst formulated for months should turn the stinky little children into mice.

"Be careful with that!!" She told Miss Ervin and focused again on putting lipstick and perfume.

Miss Ervine turned her face to her and smiled. When she moved her body back to what she was doing, she accidentally spilled the gladd tube filled with formula 86. All of it went and mixed directly with another option that was placed on the same table. Her face turned red, her body started to shake as she looked at Miss Earnst who is still busy, making herself look beautiful and appealing.

She didn't noticed what happened and made her way to the convention. When all the witches arrived and took seat on their places, Eva made her entrance. With a proud and slightly arrogant look on her face she walked up to the podium and greeted them. She received heavy clapping and looked into their cheerful faces.

After that Eva explained her whole cruel plan and introduced them to formula 86. She told them that their victim would arrive in a minute.

Bruno made his way to the meeting room and the witches already waited for him. Eva had an evil grin on her face and showed him the bar of chocolate. "Do you want the chocolate? Then come closer!"

She peeled off the gold wrap of the chocolate bar. "Dear.. let me do this for you Bruno." She laughed with extreme delight on her face. "This is a special sprinkle! It will make the taste of this chocolate even better!!"

She asked Miss Irvine for a bottle of the formula and dropped all the contents into the chocolate bar.

"Come closer Bruno.. Do you want it?" She attracted him to smell the chocolate bar. Bruno grabbed it from her hands out of excitement.
"This stinky little brat had five hundred doses! AHAHAHAHA"

"What will happen, your grandess?? Tell us now! Is he turning into a mouse!?" A witch from the crowd asked her.

"Well yes!!!!!!" She shouted and laughed so loudly.

She was looking at the watch on her wrist and counted up to 25. "23...24....25", she looked at him and became more and more nervous. Her anticipation turned into panic when nothing at all happened to Bruno and she tore the bar of chocolate out of his hands.

Eva turned to her assistant. "Was that the right flask? Why is nothing happening?" There was fear in her voice and she didn't dare to look at the others.

Her eyes became bigger and the purple glow became stronger, there is anger in her face. "I can't fail right now!!!" She quietly whispered controlling her anger. She turned to the other Witches down the stage, she nodded at them and forced herself to at least smile and convinced them to just wait for it.

"This is sooo yummy! Thank you, Miss Earnst! You are the kindest lady that I've ever met." Bruno came closer to her and hugged her with full adoration. She covered her entire nose and face and felt nauseated. The boy stink became strong and she almost fainted on the stage.

She had to grab a hold onto the desk in front of her and pushed him away from herself. "Don't you EVER say that again!! You better keep your stupid mouth shut and leave before anything else happens!", she shouted and looked directly into his eyes.

Bruno got what he wanted and didn't want to cause any further trouble. He ran outside of the hall and closed the door behind him.

Eva didn't know how to react or what to do. She turned to her assistant and instead of anger there was despair on her face. She hoped, she would help her out of the situation.
