The new Hero

Chapter 1

It's a sunny day and you're on your way to get some food. You walk through the city and meet many people.
You hate crowded places, all the thoughts circling you. You are not good trained with ignoring it, which is why you prefer beeing alone.
You work in a small office, you need the job to afford food. But there's girls bullying you all the time.
You had a rough past and the bullying doesn't help much. You're afraid to get close to people or hurt them, you have anxiety and you also never had a boyfriend or girlfriend, due to the bullying but also your fears. Or just not the time. You lost your parents early, and your closest friend betrayed you, which is why you have trust issues.

You walk in the shop and put some stuff in your cart. Carrots, tomatoes, bread, butter, eggs..
You go pay and leave

As you walk back you notice a guy you haven't seen before. Dark hair,long coat. And another one, blonde hair, tall, and carrying a...hammer?

You see two girls point at them and decide to read their minds

Girl 1:" oh my god is that really thor?! The REAL Thor? Omg i need to take a pic!"

Girl 2:" no way, thats thor and his Brother loki, the evil dude that tried to take over earth. Oh he is such a hottie. Is his bro still evil?.."

You stop
You guess they are some kind of famous people, but since you don't watch much tv or news, you have no clue and keep walking, passing them

L:" It wasn't me thor, i told you."

T:" fine i believe you. But you know we need to keep an eye on you loki. Just for safety."

You are so distracted that you bump into something and fall into fresh concrete. Everyone looks and laughs at you, except them and 2 young girls.
You get up embaressed and just want to cry but you can't in public.

T:" you need help?" He crouches and helps you up

Y:" thanks its fine! "

Everyone keeps staring and many people laugh because you're full with concrete
You can't hold in anymore and start crying, you run away

T: "lady your bag-" he shouts after you
Loki looks after you
L:" mortals. Laughing over every dumb thing..  YOU CAN STOP NOW YOU IDIOTS. YOU ALREADY MADE HER CRY!" He says pissed

T:" ugh. Lets find her, she probably needs her bag."
They follow you

You run out of town and sit down on a bench and cry. You didn't realise you forgott your bag yet. You hate your life, you hate people and now you're all covered in wet concrete. Your leg hurts and your bad luck just won't stop.

L:"Finally she stopped." He says a bit annoyed
You look up with teary eyes to face the black haired man

Y:" y- you wanna laugh at me?"
You sob

L:" no. Thor said you forgott your bag. We brought it for you." He looks over to thor

T:" here lady. Are you hurt?"

Y:" just.. a Scratch. Doesn't matter." You take your bag and wipe a tear away

L:" be more careful in these big cities, mortal."

Y:" mortal?"

T:" we are god's.. from asgaard, nice to meet you. I am thor, and thats loki."

Y:" i knew that already after reading-"
They look at you and you realise

Y:"..the news! I was reading.. news." You stutter

T:" oh. Cool! I think we need to go back. Bye lady." He flies away

L:" ugh i hate it when he does that." He rolls his eyes

Y:" i need to give you a thank you uhm, here take one of my bracelets?"

You stutter shy and hand it to loki. You didn't want him to leave empty handed after what they did

L:" thanks, i guess." He gives you a short smile and disappears

You go home and shower. You make yourself a nice meal and read a book. Its weekend so you decide to go out a bit to watch the stars and get other thoughts
You walk over a small bridge to a pretty park, and sit on a bench. You brought a book and read in the moonlight.
Suddenly there's a bright light and you get lifted up
Then everything goes dark

At the avengers base

T:" we are back tony."

Ts:" welcome back. Was it loki?"

T:" no he said the truth. We got the thief after a little interruption.

L:" yea. I told you i stopped, tony stank."

Ts:' shut it!"

T:" how is the situation? Any troubles?"

Ts:" so far not-"

N:" forget it stark. There's a report about 6 missing people, maybe more. 2 of them are children.. the closest is in the west avenue park."

T:" isn't that were we left the girl?!"

L:" It is."

T:" shit..ok we will get her back. She seems like she is followed by bad luck."

N:" what?"

L:" nothing."

Ts:" okay lets sleep and do this tomorrow! We need our rest, and i will make friday run through the cams and security systems over night, incase more disappear. Get ready."

Everyone goes to sleep

With you
You wake up in a dark cell. People around you in cells too. You see 2 women, a man, 2 kids hugging each other,probably siblings. And you see one kid alone next to you.

Y:" hey, are you all alone here? Where are your parents?"

Kid:" i don't know." She sobs.

Y:" how old are you? I am 20." You try to comfort the girl

Girl:" i am 3. "

Y:" oh cool! I am y/n, whats your name?"

Girl:" Annie"

A big dark creature walks past, the tag in his chest says ' murks'
M:" whats with that lonley kid, jaf?"

j:" oh, we only needed the Parents. You can either dumb it or.. i don't know, we will see once we're done with our experiments and found the person we search."

They walk away
How cruel... You promise yourself you will protect the girl from now on if her Parents are gone. You distract her by playing a game.
You have no idea whats going on.. you just hope its over soon.
