Chapter 2 - School time

Tia's pov

I woke up around 8:00, I am happy and excited to see my friends today and I am thirteen tomorrow. I got up and got dressed. I did my hair and washed my face. I grabbed my bag and took it downstairs with me. I saw my dad and walked over to him. 

"Morning dad, how did you sleep?" I said

"Morning Tia, I slept ok, how did you sleep?" Dad said

"I slept good, where's Bella?" I said

"I went upstairs and just saw her. She's coming down in a minute. You excited for the last day of school today? It's your birthday tomorrow. Everyone is going to be there. Then your off for six weeks." Dad said

"Oh okay. I am so excited for the last day of school but also to see my best friends Lucas and Ben and all my other friends and everyone else. I am sad though because I am going to miss everyone at school. I will see my best friends throughout the holidays though. I am so excited for my birthday, I can't wait. Six weeks, I also can't wait for that" I said

Dad just laughed and hugged me. Bella came downstairs and I ran to her and hugged her.

"Morning Bella, how did you sleep?" I said

"Get off me you brat. I slept horrible to the fact, I don't have my phone because dad took it away because of you and your big mouth" Bella said and pushed me to the ground.

Dad helped me up and looked at Bella.

"Bella don't call you sister a brat. Stop being horrible to Tia, she has done nothing to you and your so mean to her. I took your phone away because your a bully. You are supposed to look after your sister and love her and all you do is treat her like crap so that's why I took your phone away" Dad said

"I love you Bella just as much as Tia. But you can't keep hurting Tia. She's your sister and you can't keep hurting her. It is not fair on me as your dad to see her hurt and upset that you don't like her and that your mean. It's not fair on Tia either, she thinks you hate her and you hurt her more and more every time you are mean to her" Dad said

"I do hate Mia. I wish I wasn't Tia's sister. Your not even my real sister Tia. Your not even her real dad, she has her own. We are not real sisters so stop thinking we are Tia. I don't like you, I never have and I never will." Bella said

"You are sisters, you have the same mum. It doesn't matter if I am not her real father. Tia is my own daughter just like you Bella. Tia loves me just as much as she loves her real dad. I love her just as much as I love you. Stop being horrible to Tia and grow up Bella" Dad said

"Uggh whatever. Leave me alone. Just hurry up and take me to school so I can get away from you Tia" Bella said

She walked off to the lounge. I looked at the dad.

"Why doesn't she love me dad? Why is she so mean to me? Why does she hate me?" I said sadly tears in my eyes.

Dad pulled me to him and hugged me and said "Bella will come around I hope Tia. But don't worry you have loads of people who love you Tia. You have Sam, Emily, Quil, Leah, Seth, Paul, Jacob, Jared, Embry, your mum and dad, me, Logan, Ben and all your other friends. You have so many people that love you Tia so don't worry. She is just being Bella, don't worry about it" Dad said.

"Thanks dad, I love you" I said

"Love you too" Dad said

Dad cooked us breakfast toast and beans. Dad called Bella for breakfast and she didn't come. Dad and I ate and enjoyed our breakfast. Dad looked at the time and stood up.
