Quirk description: allows the user to create take and give quirks the user can also create anything that they want it also gives the user a massive boost in strength and speed their muscles also develop muscle 10x faster then the average person and boosts the users IQ to 250 it cannot be erased, stolen, copied
Drawbacks: He's only able to create 6 quirks per day and he is only able to have a total of 15 quirks before he starts hearing voices and severe headaches. while having a boost in strength and speed his body wont be able to use all of it without training. due to having the ability to develop muscles 10x quicker he needs to eat slot more then normal so his body can heal properly.
