I sat in coffee shop on a chilly September afternoon waiting for my best friends kyraloves62 and CRISTY02317 to show up I was at a window seat sipping my black coffee And someone asked me
"Any one sitting here" a deep voice ask.
"No but I'm expecting some friends " I say with out looking up I know that he was probably just another loser. "Well can I sit here intull they arive?
That made me look how rude up an he took my breath away he has golden blond hair, a cute little nose,and lips that just begged to be kissed. And His skin was pale.*but nothing a tan couldn't fix;) *
I was lost for words and my mouth went dry, so I just motioned for him to have a seat. He sat with his coffee and looked out the window. I just stared at him he was breathtakingly beautiful couldn't look away.
"so do you just stare at strangers for fun?"he asked without looking away from the window.I blush and look away.
"So who are you?" I ask
"My name is Jeff " he laughed "no I'm kidding my name is Arlo"
"I'm LaShaquanishia"I say then hold my breath everyone always judges my name.
"Cool name"
I exhale I'm speechless he didn't make fun of my name or crack any jokes I think I love him already not love love the kind you feel when you see a hot stranger
"Can I have your number?" He asked out of no where.
"No" his smile vanished "Just kidding of course you can"
He looks at me like -_-
I give him my number and just as he saves it in his phone my phone rang I excused myself from the table and anserd it.
"Hello?"
"Hey LaShaquanishia we can't make it were stuck in traffic." CrisTy said a little disappointed.
"It's ok maybe next time"
"Well i'm gonna go back home and i'll see you later."
"Yeah bye"
I hung up then cursed they always do this I walked out the door mad af he followed me and i'm like...
"I can make it to my car fine by myself." He cought major attitude.
"Independent, I like that in a woman."
And i'm like what a creep I looked at him with my signature stink face
He laughed I just kept walking to my car he was laughing to hard to follow.
I was to pissed to do anything but go home so I did.
2 days later
I was at work when I got a call from a unfamiliar number i'll call it back at lunch I tried to get back work but that call was all I could think about I usualy could get back to working I usualy just assumed that someone was calling the wrong number but I couldn't get off my mind it was different..........
After that I was counting down the minutes till lunch I had tried to fill some prescription but I just found myself thinking about who called me. Finally 3:20 I ran to the break room and got out my phone and dialed the number I cleared my my throat and in my most pleasant voice said
"Hello, someone called me from this number and I would like to know who it was?"
"Hey LaShaquanishia, do you remember me."
I knew this voice then it hit me Arlo
We agreed on dinner tomorrow and I couldn't wait I was already thinking what I could wear.
The next day
As I stood out side the my little red dress, knee length black boots,and lether jacket I realized how cold it was in rubbed my arms trying to conserve some heat a black Charger pulled up in front of me I blincked twice was that Arlo? yep
He opend my door got in we exchange an awkward "hi"at the same time then I said
"so where are we going?"
"You'll see"
We arrive at some regular old family grill and bar place.
I'm not gonna bore you with our conversation but we had a really nice time getting to know each other we actually enjoyed ourselves. I was sad to have to leave so soon. That annoying awkward silence in the car as he drove me home.
He walked me to my door I was about to open it when he grabbed me and kissed me with indescribable passion, I don't know how long it lasted but he pulled away i just got in my house as fast as I could I fell against the door this could be the start of something good.......

After our first date we started to go out a lot we dated broke up got back together, we got married and had one child a baby girl named Ellie,
We lived in a big house as it turns out he was a lawer and was quite rich I quit my job so I could go back to school I graduated from Mizzou (a college in Columbia Missouri) with a medical degree I became a pediatric nurse we had a great life like any other family we have our ups and downs but we get through it and we always will
