She's a spoiled brat as her title suggests. When she has to do much of anything she complains and when she doesn't get her way she whines moans about it or even attempts to bribe people to get her way. Her parents never really disciplined her so she's a bit out of control and doesn't know where to draw lines sometimes

Scenario 1:
You'd never liked Seko, she was always complaining in class when the teacher would ask her about overdue work, and then in gym, she'd whine and whine. She irritated you to no end! However...unfortunately for you, she just so happened to wind up as your partner for the whole month for a project due for psychology.
Funny enough, the project is getting to know the other person and writing a report about them, habits, the way they think, and stuff like that.
Neither of you seemed to like this idea very much, she, of course, whined but didn't get her way this time. So, she gave you her number at the end of the class with a grumble.
"Come over after school today so we can get started on this dumb crap okay? I'd just skip it but it's a major part of the grade tch"
