SEASON 1.
"I am late, yes."
The camera is pointed to the sky, cloudy and grey. Even so, the scene is anything but gloomy. Green eyes look forward as the boy walks ahead, green eyes that shine as bright as emeralds, still holding the innocence of a child. They have a mischievous glint, the brightness of them contrasting against the stormy sky above him. His nose is dusted pink, probably from the cold weather that early autumn.
"Shit, I'm going to get yelled at, aren't I?" He smiles, looking down at his phone.
Now you get a full view of those eyes, the farthest away possible from dull. They have hints of blue, splashes of turquoise in a forest of pine. One could look at a picture of those eyes only and see that this boy is happy. They would not need to see the smile gracing his youthful features or the dimples on his cheeks. And he is happy.
"Oh, right! I should introduce myself," He exclaims, now putting his phone up as to take a selfie. He grins broadly, pointing at himself with the hand that wasn't holding the camera, "I'm Eren! I play, well... Eren. I'm sure you all know, though. Not to brag, but, uh, I'm the main character."
Now that the phone isn't pointing upwards, you can see trailers in the back, along with several large metal studio's with huge painted numbers indicating which of the many many warehouses you were filming in. Golf carts and trucks line the edges. It is more than obvious where he is, given his occupation and everything.
"And, as you can see, I'm in..." He twirls around, now having a mountain with large letters spelling out, "Hollywood!" He confirms his location, giving the viewers more clarity on the situation.
Eren lowers the phone, resuming to his short walk from his own golf cart to the studio. STUDIO 21.
"We're, what, two weeks in filming?" It's easy to tell that they're only at the start of their filming. Eren's young, much younger than the end of the series. The grey sky above him turns into a roof with warm hanging lights, the chattering of several people and commotion from items being moved around now being heard.
"Eren, you're late!" Someone yells over the noise.
"Sorry!" He yells back apologetically, shooting a small glance at the phone, "I woke up late! I didn't even get my coffee, that's how bad it was!"
A girl appears within frame, handing Eren his coffee, "Here, Eren."
He shows the girl who has a soft smile etched onto her lips, a girl who's absolutely stunning, "This is Mikasa! She's a lifesaver. When Isayama forced us to do that two-week get-to-know-each-other thing in the forest, she actually got me edible food!"
She chuckles, shifting the red scarf around her neck, "You're pretty approachable, Eren. Even when I didn't know you, you helped me out. I tried to approach Hanji and he barked at me, so..."
"Yikes." He flinches, "Hanji's cool, guys, don't worry. She's just, uh, quirky, I guess?"
Mikasa sips her own coffee, "Mhhm. Without her, we wouldn't have survived that two-week thing..."
"For context," Eren explains, "To not only make it realistic, but for us to bond or whatever, Isayama threw us in a forest and left us there for a few weeks with very little food and very few supplies. That man is the devil, I tell you,"
"It worked, didn't it?" Mikasa reasons, "We got to know everyone super quickly,"
Eren shudders, "Still. I would have rather not been chased by a bear, thank you,"
Mikasa rolls her eyes playfully, as it really wasn't that bad and the boy was overreacting, "C'mon, Eren. We're starting."
"Ah, okay! I guess I'll see you guys!" He waves cheerfully, the screen going black.
