I laughed as i watched Cass my bestie in Texas pull faces at me as I picked out my outfit for the first day of school.
"You should wear the cow boy boots! They'll make a statement." She interrupts, twirling herself around in circles in her computer chair.
I chuckled "you just want me to look like you"
"Yep" she agrees laughing. She suddenly stops spinning and let's out a aggravated sigh as she looks at her cellphone.
"Mumma wants me to pick up Nessie from my aunts"
"Hahaha that's sucks for u" I laugh as her face twists up in annoyance at her auntie not being able to drop her sister off.
"Well I'm going to get ready and go to school" she huffs and silently nods her head. "Alright bye bye sugar plum" she replies, my face lights up at the old nick name and I sneakily reply "bye bye cass the lass" she folds her arms and gives me a glare that can kill as she ends the call and leaves a smile on my face.

I look up at the front of my new school and sigh. This is gonna be a weird day.
