chapter 5 the new girl

Delilah's pov

I heard there is a new girls coming in our year today it's going to be great I can't wait to meet her. Apparantly she is gonna be in the same year as us. I was on my way to meet claire when I saw george and Alyssa. I think there are a thing. They were hugging in the middle of the hallway and I just stopped looking at them to avoid being seen lucky it worked. Ron was on his way out and let me in knowing I was there for Claire I ran up to her room. "  CLAIRE CLAIRE CLAIRE CLAIRE CLAIRE." I said over and over as I say on her bed. " What?" She asked.  " you know the way that there is this hogmaide trip coming up. Yeah well Cedric just asked me out and we are going together." And she screamed really high pitched. " Omg yay I'm so happy for you." That's when we were called down to the great hall."

Claire's pov.

Once were in the hall dumbledore announced. As you can see only second years are here. I'm this is our new student Alex Patterson and we are going to place the sorting hat on her." He placed the hat on her head and it yelled slytherin. I saw her walk over and draco gave her a hug. Tears blurred in my eyes. " Claire are u alright?" Harry asked. "Im sorry" is all i said and I ran out of the hall. I ran straight into an empty corridor and cried my eyes out that's when I saw Delilah. " What is going on with you?" She asked calmly. " I'm sorry D but I really really like draco and I know he is your brother but.." I admitted. " Hey, hey it's ok.its ok." She said bringing me into a hug. After a couple minutes we moved as the announcement was about to end and we went back into my room. " please don't tell him?" I asked . " No I won't disrespect your wishes."  She said back eventually she left.

Alyssa's pov

"Hi I'm alyssa diggory" I said as i announced myself to George and freds little brother and friend I think his name is. " Yeah this is the girl I was talking about." Fred said. " Oh it's nice to meet you I'm ron." Ron came up to me and gave me a hand shake. I saw a girl come downstairs. " Oh who is this?" She asked. Harry turned to her and said. " this is freds girlfriend." "Oh so nice to meet you I'm Harry's sister claire." I said back. " Oh yeah I'm a hufflepuff." I answered her. We had about 2 hour convo until I had to leave.

Draco's pov

This girl called Alex is really nice and pretty don't get me wrong. Not claire pretty but pretty. "Hey your draco malfoy aren't you?" She asked and I shook my head . We were heading for the common room. " your like really hot. Not gonna lie." I said " thanks" she nodded. I think this girl likes me. So that's pansy and this chick but not claire. How come the girl u want doesn't like u but everyone else does it's not fair. You know maybe if I made her jelous. Then she would like me. I could use both this chick and pansy that will drive her mad yeah. From tomorrow onward I'm going to use this girl I mean sorry but I really want claire to like me. I have that promise to harry to fill I could use that if this doesn't work out. Yeha that's what I'll do. " so u think I'm not. Well your not to bad yourself." I said to Alex and she blushed. That's when we walked into the common room and she ran to the girls sleeping area.

Oh god I really milk this works for Claire. I really love her but she is my sister's best friend and it's not very fair because she doesn't like me back but everyone else around me does. Also when I walked in I saw pansy sitting on goyles lap and she ran her hands over his body. Omg if u like me then don't touch my friends up while u are trying to get with me. It's a bit weird. Also claire stormed out of the hall today I wanted to follow her but then people would suspect something and u don't want to make claire mad or overwhelmed I just want her to be happy.
