Avu's POV: Everyone was tensed for Siddharth including me... It's have been six hours since he was operating in the OT... Doctors didn't said something yet... Jai and Reem was in home to look after the childrens... Vibha Maa was crying continuously and Mom was consoling her... Sumu bhaiya was roaming here and there in anger and tension because the doctors were saying nothing and Miku di was calming him down saying that nothing will happen to Siddharth... Abhi bhaiya and Vaishu di was just controlling their tears because of Vibha Maa... Debu was doing the hospital formalities... He is the most courageous person between us because no one was signing the consent papers, but he signed it... Because without signing the consent papers the doctors were not starting the treatment... But I was expressionless... Just tears were flowing from my eyes... Many emotions are flooding inside my mind... Guilt is just a small word but the burden of this word is very heavy... Eight years ago he told us that he loves Ritika, and I just believe in his words... And that was the worst mistake of my life... I know him from childhood and I could not even understand that he was lying... He lied to me because he wanted to save me from this truth... I saw the pic again... Elina Kaur Nandra, but how is this possible!!!... Is she is my sister???... But I don't have any sister then... May be Mom and Dad will answers my questions... Dad is not here, may be he is in home... I have to ask Mom... Avu: Mom I want to ask you something... Sonia(wiping her tears): yeah tell me... Avu: Do I have a twin sister???... Her eyes widened... Me and your Dad was very happy... But after your birth your Dad told me that there was a complication in my delivery and the doctor couldn't save my another daughter... Every year before celebrating your birthday I mourn on her death... She was crying but suddenly she ask... Sonia: But why did you suddenly ask this question???... Now I understand the truth... I said... Avu(teary eyes): because she is not dead Mom... She is alive... Avi ki Mom aur Siddharth ki Obsessed Lover aur koi nahi meri identical twin sister Elina Kaur Nandra hai...
