Our first real date

Two weeks have passed since the day I met his mom, and nothing really changed. Except that our fans are starting to catch on to our "secret" relationship. I mean, it's kinda hard to keep it a secret when my dumbass went on stream with his hoodie on that one time, and now my viewers won't stop making videos about it. All the hate I've been getting recently has been getting a little worse, I don't know why people are so pressed about me making videos with him but ok. Kenma has been very supportive and reassuring through all this though. Don't get me wrong, he's getting more hate than usual too, but at the same time, that's expected when you're getting more views on your videos. 

*Ding*     

Ken🎮: Hey, can I come over?

You: Aww~ Miss me already?

Ken🎮: Yes, now answer the question

You: 😳I mean yeah

Ken🎮: Ok cool, see you soon pudding <3

You: See you💕

I check the time to see that it's already 2 PM.

"I don't really feel like getting ready," I say to myself, so I just ended up playing Animal Crossing till Kenma got here.

*Knock, knock*  

"Coming!" I say running up to the front door.

"Hello~!" I say to my beautiful boyfriend standing in the doorway.

"Hey- you look cute." Kenma stated looking down at me. I felt my face heat up.

"Really? I didn't even get ready." I say rubbing the back of my neck.

"Yeah, I like how big that shirt looks on you." He said with a light blush across his cheeks, I smile at him and let him inside.

"Do you wanna play Minecraft? I heard it has a new update!" I suggested looking over at him.

"Yeah, I was actually about to ask you."

"Uh, I might have fallen...in lava...and died." 

"Really? That's like the 3rd time you've done that." He said laughing. I glare at him, but eventually, start laughing too. We played for about 30 more minutes after that, then decided to stop. 

"What do you wanna do now?" I ask laying back in my chair.

"Don't know," Kenma responded blankly. 'Well, that helped a lot...'

"Ok well...how about...uh...yeah, I got nothing." I get up from my chair looking around, trying to find something to do. I spot a cup of tea, giving me an idea.

"Oh! Do you wanna go to a new café that just opened? It's not far, only 10 minutes away." I ask, 'Please say yes, please say yes, please say ye-'

"I haven't gone out in a while so yeah sure," Kenma said with a soft smile on his face.

"Hold up, lemme get ready," I say looking thru my closet for a shirt.

"But you look fine." Kenma groans, I look back and give him the 'I know your lying so just shut up'  face.

"I'm being for real." He claims.

"Well I could look better so..." I go back to picking out my clothes, once I'm done I start walking to the bathroom to change.

"I'll be out in like 30 minutes, ok?" Kenma looks up at me and nods. I go into the bathroom and start getting ready, I try to be quick so he doesn't have to wait for too long.

After I'm done, I come back out to see Kenma on his phone waiting.

"Sorry if I took too long," I murmured walking up to him.

"Oh, it's fine. You only took like 20 minutes." Kenma alleged, I smiled and sat next to him.

"You ready?" I asked.

"Yeah...oh, I forgot to ask, do they have apple pie there?" He questioned. I took a mental note of this.

"Hmm...I actually don't know, I've never been there myself." I stood up, holding out my hand in front of Kenma. He looked at me with a confused face.

"C'mon, let's go!" He got the hint and took my hand. We walked to my car and drove to the café.

"We're here!" I said pulling into the small parking lot.

"It looks nice," Kenma exclaimed giving me a warm smile. We walked up to the door and- 'Wait...is this our first real date?'  I stopped, making Kenma turn to look at me.

"Are you ok?" He asked tilting his head.

"Yeah, everything fine!" Kenma nodded his head, and we walked in. Instantly the smell of fresh bread, pastries, and tea filled the air. There weren't many people there, so we just sat down at the closest table. 

"Wow, it smells great in here!" I stated. Kenma nodded his head in agreement, me and him look at the menus, trying to figure out what to get.

"Ken look, they have apple pie!" I pointed to the part on the menu.

"Oh, I was starting to think they didn't have it." I see Kenma's eyes light up, making me smile. Soon after, I found what I wanted and I see a waitress come to our table.

"Welcome! What can I get for you two today?" She asked in an uplifting voice. We both said what we wanted, and she wrote it down on a note sheet. 

"Alrighty! The next time I come back should be with your food." We both nodded and thanked her as she left our table.

Not even 15 minutes later, the same waitress came back with our food and coffee. 

"Thank you!" I said. I look over at Kenma who was completely eyeing his apple pie.

"Everything looks so good!" I beamed. As we were eating, we exchanged little conversations and laughs. 'This is perfect...'  I thought to myself.

"You wanna try?" Kenma asked holding up his fork with a piece of his pie on it. I instantly agreed, he puts the fork in my mouth and I realize why he likes this so much.

"It's- It's so good!" I said in between chews. I start eating my food when I feel someone's eyes on me. I look up to see Kenma looking at me.

"Hm?" I hum in confusion.

"Nothing, you're just pretty." He says with a warm smile on his face. I felt my face instantly heat up, Kenma went back to eating his food, taking his eyes off of me. 

"I love you." I say without thinking, 'Wait...did I just-'

"Really? I love you too."
