Hi! So I started writing this fanfic on a whim and figured I'd publish it here to see if people like it. I will be publishing chapters every Tuesday and Friday. Maybe more often if I see that people are enjoying the story.
The premise is simple, what if after the Battle of Manhattan Percy became a god and Annabeth became a Hunter of Artemis. I took this idea and ran with it, and this fic is the product of that. If you like angst, slow burn, and Percabeth, I think you might like this.
The story is from Annabeth's perspective and takes place in 2059, long after the Second Titan and Giant Wars. After Percy became a god, Annabeth found herself wrapped up in the Prophecy of the Seven. She was kidnapped, her memory wiped, forced to follow the Mark of Athena, and then survive Tartarus on her own. Tired of being on her own and fending for herself, Annabeth took the hunter's oath just a few weeks before her eighteenth birthday and two months before she was meant to return to New Rome for college.
She has enjoyed the safety and family she has found in the hunt for 48-years, when suddenly she is faced with a ghost from her past. It's been nearly 30 years since the last time she saw him, and suddenly he is here asking Artemis to help him find the Stronghold of Aphrodite.

I also have a few original characters, but while they are integral to the plot they are not central to the story.
