Rising of the Claymore Hero

Chapter 1

"Master Naofumi! I found something." The raccoon like creature announced calmly as she examines the desk.  Raphtalia

"What is it?" The shield hero asks while making his way over to the raccoon creature, curiosity laced in his voice. As he stood beside her, his attention shifted over to the desk.

"It looks like a magic circle with ." Naofumi looks at the drawing closer, realizing it was the circle that brought them to this world. 

"Should we activate it?"

"I think we should inform the Queen."

"Alright, I'll send a letter right away." After a day, the Queen and Melty arrive,

"Hi Mel."

"Hi Filo." They hug each other out of excitement as the Queen and Naofumi talk,

"You found a hero circle?"

"Yes, but I don't understand."

"Do you want me to summon it, I would say it's too risky, but clearly the other heroes aren't helping you, perhaps you want help from this one?"

"I guess, it would be nice to have a spare hero helping."

"Alright." Naofumi and the Queen head to the cellar where the circle was found, as the Queen chanted the summoning words, a person started to appear, as a white hair boy appeared unconscious. They brought the boy to the infirmary as they waited for him to awake.

"*GASP* where am I?"

"You're in the Sillvelt Kingdom, where the Shield hero is currently in your presence."

"Uh hi." Naofumi shows no regard, as this hero isn't as different as the others.

"What weapon is that, may I ask?" The boy looks at the sword that is laying next to him.

"Umm, I don't know." 

"That sword is practically your size, do you know how to use it?" 

"I can try."

"Listen, this isn't a try, this is a can, you need to learn how to fight or else you'll just be like them, useless and worthless." The boy looks troubled as Naofumi's words really got to him.

"What is your name Claymore Hero?"

"Claymore hero? Uh, my name is Kuro."

"Kuro the Claymore Hero, there are waves of monsters attacking our world and we need your help to fight them off, I'll give you any support you'll need, and so will the shield hero." Kuro looks over at Naofumi who doesn't seem to care, as he looks back at the Queen with concern.

"I'm only fifteen."

"Well, our adventurers are always around that age when they start." Naofumi walks over to Kuro,

"Are you willing to risk your life for a world you weren't born in?" Kuro looks down as he is conflicted with the question. Naofumi walks away, as he is angry that Kuro didn't have a quick answer. Raphtalia chases after Naofumi,

"Master Naofumi, what was with that question? He just arrived here."

"If he isn't going to help with the waves and risk his life, he doesn't deserve to be on an actual field of battle." Naofumi walks away,

"Master Naofumi..." The Queen speaks with Kuro,

"Kuro, will you help us?" Kuro is silent, as he doesn't even know what to do.

"...I will, but do I have to use this huge sword?"

"Well, you are the Claymore hero, so you have to."
