Chapter One New School Equals New Bull Shit

Sense my brother and I moved to a small town called Trans everything was normal. I pulled up and parked in the student parking lot. My brother got out first and waited for me to follow him.

"Come on Autumn let's go get our schedules and head to class." My brother Kaden said. "I'm coming Kad chill." I said as I grabbed by camouflage purse. "Kaden!" I said as I ran up behind him and grabbed his shirt. "What's wrong little sis?" Kaden asked looking over his shoulder.

Before I opened my mouth to speak some guys wolf whistled at me. The look on Kaden's face made them gulp and scamper off. "Better?" Kaden asked sarcastically. Just to make him smile and shake his head I mocked a salute. "Your different that's for sure." He said with an amused smile. "Life is never boring with you around."

We got our schedules and headed for class. I turned a corner and heard a commotion. "Stop being a pathetic bitch like you are and kill yourself." A high pitch voice said. I looked up to see a girl being bullied by a cheerleader.

"Leave her alone." I said as I approached them. "Who the hell are you?" She said and gave me a disgusted look. "First off if your having family issues or boyfriend issues take care of it the right way. Second there is reason to be so rude and hateful to this lady. Third shut the hell up before that mouth of yours gets you into a shit load of trouble." I replied back.

With that being said I grabbed the girls wrist an dragged her the opposite direction of a bitchy slut. Seriously why the hell do some girls wear close to nothing. So gross! "Thank you miss." The girl said quietly. "It's alright besides I do this all the time." I said while giving her a kind smile. "You shouldn't of helped be because now she will be after you." She warned me. "If she tries anything her ass won't get very far. Besides I deal with her type everywhere I go." I said truthfully.

The tardy bell rang for first period and I'm speed walking down a vacant hallway. I felt like someone was following me so I stopped and waited patiently. "Stop following me." I said then started walking again.

I found the psychology class that looking for. I knocked on the door and waited for permission to enter. The teacher opened the door and raised an eyebrow. "May I help you?" He asked me. "Yes I'm Autumn Blaze I'm new here." I said kindly. "Oh yes miss Blaze come on in class has just started." He said and jestered for me to come inside.

The day went by faster than I expected so I waited on my brother to come to the car. When I spotted him I waved at him. "How did your day go Kad? " I asked him. "Annoying as hell. Some sluts wouldn't leave me alone." He grumbles and gets in the drivers seat.

On the ride home I looked out the window of our 01dodge truck with stacks. The trees passed by to the rythem of my music as it played through my ear buds.

Kaden and I didn't go straight home because we had to work so we can keep the house we bought. He worked at Gold Star and I worked at Plaza's Pizza.

"Hello my name is Autumn and I will be your server today." I said as I layed down four menus for four guys. "What can I get you to drink?" I waited for them to decide to drink before asking if they are ready to order after I serve their drinks.

"Ah Dr. Pepper please." The guy with dark brown hair and electric green eyes said. "I will take a Fantan." The blonde haired and mud brown eyes said. "I will have a Root Beer." The guy with light brown hair and chocolate brown eyes said. "I would like to have tea please." The last guy said he had midnight black hair and bright blue eyes. "Sweet or unsweetened?" I asked. He looked at me and said, "Sweet if you please miss Blaze."

I went to get their drinks when someone taped my shoulder. I turn around to find the guy with midnight black hair and bright blue eyes. Before I could even say a word his huge hand was over my mouth. "I'm only going to say this once Autumn Blaze don't ever walk away from me." He hissed in my ear. "Is that a threat? If it is your dumb ass will be kicked out of this restaurant." I shot back.

"What's going on here?!" My boss said coming towards us. "Nothing ma'am just talking to the new student at my school." He replied smoothly still keeping his intense gaze on me. "Mister Cross I must ask you to go back to your table and let Miss Blaze get back to work." My boss said sternly to the guy named Cross.

He left and looked back at me and smirked. "Are you alright sweetie? He didn't hurt you did he?" She said with a worried expression. "I'm fine, but who is he?" I asked cautiously. "Cross always acts that why when he is interested in someone. I'd advise that you stir clear of him." She said looking at me now with concern. "I will get someone else to wait his table so you don't have to deal with him."

So with that I worked a different table while the previous table I served at was taken my a boy. I did feel better without having to deal with that psycho guy.

"Hey sis." Kaden said beside me. "Hey Kad what's up?" I asked him. "When does today's shift end? Hopefully that same time as me." He said looking at me. "My shift doesn't end till seven." I replied to Kaden. "Autumn what's wrong?" Kad asked me. "It's nothing big bro." I said hoping to avoid this conversation. "Tell me what's bothering you Autumn." He said more sternly. "Some guy named Cross sort of threatened me." I said looking down.

Kaden being the extremely protective brother he is went from worried to beyond pissed off. His sunkiss tan face turned dark red meaning somebody will get the ass whooped. "If he does it again call the police and I will kick his ass till they show up." Kaden said angerly.

"Kaden remember what I always say?" I asked him. "Nothing comes to mind." He said slightly embarrassed. "New school equals new bull shit." I said while smiling and I don't know why.
