Chapter 4

Scarlett's POV

I couldn't believe the size of my brother's house. It's huge. It has so many rooms, a private chef, many maids, and so much more. I swear it must be millions and millions of dollars.

The halls are beautiful, covered in many amazing paintings. They have flowers all over the house in beautiful vases on the beautiful tables. The whole house is laminate in a nice hazel color, or from as much as I can see. I wonder if the rest of the house is like this too. If so, I'm surely going to like it here.

We finally got to our rooms. They were beautiful. I swear I almost fainted. I think Nicole was feeling the same way. Our rooms are a mirrored setup, but have different but similar furniture and are attached by a door. My room is a beautiful scarlet red colour. The room was very rounded, as in all the furniture is not very sharply cornered, and has more rounded corners. Perfect for me, mind of a 5 years old, remember? The bed is a huge circle bed. The first thing that came to mind was jumping on the beautiful, cushiony bed. There were lots of huge windows in the room. I LOVED it. There was a grand piano too. I walked into the bathroom. My. Mouth. Dropped. It is like a spa in there! A stand up shower, a 2 person counter, and bath tub, that I swear could be mistaken for a hot tub. The toilet looked like it was made out of silver. I went back into the room. There is a PAC-RAT game in the corner, a cool cartoony painting, a bean bag chair the shape of big red lips, and so much more.

Nicole's room is setup the same way as mine, but everything is a mirrored image, as I said. Her room's colours are mainly aqua blue, her favourite. Her furniture was very similar to mine, but was not as rounded, a lot sharper. The furniture had more corners. It's very classy, very much like her. It also had a perfect, flawless painting. She also had a PAC-MAN machine instead of a PAC-RAT machine. Same difference. I absolutely loved our rooms.

As I was caught in my daydream, Niall came up behind me and gave me a huge bear hug and yelled “Sissy!” He was so funny. I already loved him.

"So, you enjoying the stay?” he asked “I'm sorry it's not that great."

“Niall," I said breathlessly" are you kidding me? Coming from a house like mine, this place is amazing! It's so huge. My house is probably half the size of this room!"

Niall gave me his famous smirk. He nodded at me as if to say goodbye, than headed towards Nicole. I watched very carefully, when at the same moment, Liam rushed to me at the speed of light. Luckily, he ran in front of me. Perfect, I can secretly watch what Niall says to Nicole while I’ll zone Liam out. I hope he won’t be mad at me! Liam started talking to me, but I tried my best to zone him out.

Niall quietly tiptoed up behind Nicole, who was in a day dream about who knows what. She was probably dreaming of that room of hers, or maybe something else…. Or someone else…. All of the sudden, Niall tazered her, AND gave her a quick hug!!! How cute!!! He than stepped in front of her and just stood there. Than he whispered something in her ear. I'm guessing he was asking her if he was enjoying her stay as he said to me. Than, they stood there, as if they were reading each other’s minds. Niall than leaned in, and whispered something in my best friend’s ear, again, and a second later, she threw her arms around him and left! Awwww so very cute. I can’t wait to be match maker!!!

Niall’s POV

I think now that I know how my sister is going, I’ll go see how Nicole is. What can I do that makes it seem like I like her… but not necessarily that specific? Oh I know, I’ll tazer her than give her a quick hug from behind!

That tazer really cheered her up, and sort of scared her. So did the hug. I stepped in front of her. Her eyes are beautiful. She has the most beautiful face and the prettiest hair in the world. Than her lips look so…. Soft….Irresistible… Oh snap! I’m staring! I need to cover this up. I than leaned in, and whispered in her ear
