The organizations were always there, as general peace keeping gods. They have wings and used to have normal halos, until they became official organizations, which led to their halos changing into their symbols. Since League of Nations was not one of these gods, he failed.
Organizations present themselves as either masculine, feminine, or androgynous. They all use they/them pronouns, and they all are asexual.
