"Speech"

-----------------------------------------------------------

Fukase cackled evilly as he snuck around another corner, the sounds of his caretakers looking for him fading into the distance.

The boy smirked and kept walking, looking around as he did so; he had never ventured into this part of the Facility, so another escape attempt was clearly in order.

Granted, he never left the Facility, as he didn't know how, and his public release had yet to occur; after the initial debut, if he did well, he would be allowed to leave the Facility and have an actual life.

Well, as much as a Vocaloid could have, he supposed.

He quickly shut the metal door--the old lock on which had been broken, allowing him to get in without a key card--so that he wasn't found, venturing down the staircase and into the basement.

He noticed how dark the lighting was in this area; frowning, he continued on, finding locked metal doors and multiple lab-like rooms.

Around thirty minutes into this bizarre horror movie-like experience, the new singer realized that he was hopelessly lost.

"Oh. That's great." He muttered sarcastically to himself as he walked around, trying to figure out where the heck he was supposed to go.

He began to sing sarcastically as he marched along.

"I'm lost, I'm lost, I'm completely and utterly lost, yippee~!! All of my caretakers suck at findin' me, yippee~!! Yippee yippee yip--"

An odd sound from somewhere nearby caught his attention.

"--ee?"

The initial sound was far off, but the redhead eventually heard others, causing him to get curious and immediately trek in that direction.

He eventually realized the sounds he heard were from a vent; whatever was causing it must have been in a room on a higher floor.

Fukase's logic immediately went into action.

He proceeded to grab the vent cover and attempt to pry it off so that he could climb in, but that didn't work for two reasons:

One, it was old and rusted and unable to be pulled off by one person's hands.

Two, the vent was far too small for that anyways.

Pouting, he crossed his arms and tapped his foot, thinking.

"Welp, guess I gotta get outta here and find a way up..."

------------------------------------------------------

Eventually, after some more wandering, the redhead had to settle for screaming at the top of his lungs until someone came to get him.

Tuning out the scolding his caretakers gave him, he immediately began plotting his next escape and how he would find whatever--possibly whoever--was making those noises.

------------------------------------------------------

Fukase found his way to the basement door again, but instead of going in, he ventured around near it, looking for any nearby rooms.

Luckily, he had swiped one of his caretaker's key cards, so he was able to enter any room said card had access too.

Going down several hallways, he eventually found another door, which he unlocked, threw open, and entered.
