The one that got away

chapter 2

"No please don't leave me all alone Niall you can't do this to me. I can't do this alone any more. Please. No. Niall"

I wake up gasping for air as I realize it was all just a dream. No not a dream a nightmare. I have been getting these a lot over the past few days ever since Niall left. They have been getting worse.

I get up pulling the wet clothes of me, placing them in the washing basket. Going into the bathroom turning the tap on to run a nice bubble bath. Making sure the water is not to hot I slip into the bath and wash my hair with my apple and cinnamon shampoo and conditioner. While I let the conditioner set in my hair I jump out the bath and grab my IPad placing on edge of the bath. Playing my favourite program 'Pretty Little Liars'. There has only been like 4 episodes but I still love it.

After half an hour I wash out the conditioner and get out of the bath picking up my IPad and moving it to my bed I quickly blow-dry my hair and put it up into a high ponytail and decide what I should wear. I go with this mint green tank top and pumps with black skinny jeans and nice black, fluffy cardigan.

I go down stairs and get the usual breakfast. One slice of toast and a black tea. I sit down and turn on the TV to see the news as usual nothing really on just a bunch of rubbish. I finally settle sown to watch last night X Factor. After watching lodes of people that were ok I see there are 3 more to go they were all boys, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik and Liam Payne. Harry and Zayn were good but Liam was amazing he was much better than he was 2 years ago. He sang Cry Me A River by Michael Bublé. This was one of my favourite song and he sung it beautifully. He got 4 yes's and I was jumping up and down for him. I don't know why but I was. They all looked pretty hot to me I liked Liam the most. I got really excited for some reason and I went out to the shopping center today.

When I got to the shopping center I went into Jack Wills, Hollister and then I went into a new shop that had just opened it was an X Factor shop I went in looking at the contest posters I found Liam, Harry and Zayn posters and brought them Niall's poster has not come out yet cause he has not auditioned yet. Which means I would have to come back tomorrow and get one, which I was not really bothered about cause it would be worth it. Finally I decide to go into Starbucks to get a drink.

"Welcome to Starbucks what would you like" the women behind the counter said. No offence but she look like a tart with bright red lips stick on, thick eyeliner, showing way to much cleavage for my liking a short black skirt and 8 inch heels. How the hell dose she walking in them. I can barely walk in 5 inch heels.

"Can I have a mango and passion fruit smoothie please" I say handing her the money

"Sure thing love, just wait there 2 minutes and it will be ready for you." She said which I found really weird I thought she would be a stuck up snob but she is not.

2 minutes later

"Here you are love and her is my number maybe we could hang out some time, my names Katie what yours?"

"My names Chloe and sure I would love to hang out with you some time."

"Hey are you free tonight I normally watch the X Factor on my own but do you wanna watch it with me."

"Sure do you want to come over to mine and watch it?"

"Ok text me your address I will be over at 6:30"

"Ok see you later Katie"

"Bye Chloe" and with that I left it was 5:30 so I had 1 hour to go home and get ready for Katie to come over. I rushed home as quick as I could.

My place looked like a bomb had hit it.

I finally flop down onto the sofa. I spent the next 45 minutes cleaning up the house. Before I did anything else I text Katie my address. I quickly run up stairs sorting out my hair and make up, thin eyeliner, mascara and a pink lip gloss.

* DING DONG *

"Hey Chloe" Katie said as I let her into my house. She looked amazing very little make up on with nice skinny jeans and a blue tank top.

"Hey Katie, you look amazing, welcome to my home." I say gesturing to my house.

"So the X Factor start in 30 minutes, do you wanna order pizza?"

"Sure I love pizza, make yourself feel at home. Would you like a drink?"

"Just a coke will do"

With in 15 minutes are pizza was here and we were siting down ready to watch the X Factor.

'I cant wait to see tonight auditions" Katie said sounding really excited

"Why" I asked curiously

"My friend that I went to school with is on it tonight, his name is called Louis Tomlinson"

"Oh, cool my friend on it tonight as well"

"What's his name?"

"Niall Horan"

"Sound like a nice guy, nice name as well." Katie said which made me a bit jealous. Wait why am I jealous he is just my best friend? " shh, it starting."

We sat there watching the program till this boy came on with brown silk hair tucked in a beanie.

"Oh Oh Oh that Louis" Katie said really excitedly

He started to sing. He sang amazingly like he had had lessoned or has singing as a day job. WOW! Of course he got 3 yes's

Finally Niall came on. I knew he could sing but I did not no he could sing that well. OUTSTANDING!

"OMG! Chloe, Niall's an amazing singer." Katie yells into my ear.

"I knew he could sing but I did not no he could sing that well." I yell back.

"Well thanks for having me over, but I have to go know."

"Ok I will see you later" I said leading her to the door.

"Bye Chloe"

"Bye Katie"

We hug and she gets in her car and drives off.

I go inside and get into my pajamas and fall into a deep sleep.
