~Arthur POV~
I entered my room I share with Shinra, hoping to see that he wasn't there and he was in the Captains office. Thankfully. THANK. FULL. Y. He was in Ōbi's office, getting in trouble for punching me :) . He deserved it honestly. That punch hurt :( .
I went to lay down with an ice pack on my cheek. When I heard the door open, I peeked over and saw Shinra looking at the ground walking up to my bed.
"Uh.. Um.. I'm sorry for punching you," Shinra said, getting quieter after every word to the point where I couldn't hear after the 'I'm sorry'.
"What did you say? All I heard was I'm sorry," I asked, grumpy.
"I said I'm sorry for punching you," Shinra said a little louder, with obvious anger in his voice.
I smiled as I saw his face turn red from embarrassment. Or maybe I'm just so good looking he started to blush. Anyways, he stared at me then walked away. I don't know if he left because he had something to do, or he just hates me. After he left I started to get bored. I had the day off since I wasn't really supposed to be in the same room as Shinra. Other than when we are eating and sleeping of course.
"Man, this really is boring. I'm not really used to being alone all day" I thought.
I got up and went to the bathroom. I passed by Tamaki, she said hi but I was too deep in thought to hear her. She started punching my arm because I didn't say it back.
"Excuse me, Princess, but I have to go to the bathroom," I said smiling in annoyance.
The girls here can be kinda annoying. Thank god I like men-
I walked to the bathroom and looked in the mirror. My face wasn't swollen, it was just red and in a lot of pain.
"Never knew the devil could punch that hard," I thought, turning my head to see the red stain on my face.
~Shinra POV~
I walked into the showers to see Arthur staring at a big red mark on his face. I started to feel bad, that is until I remember why I punched him. We got into a fight, nothing out of the ordinary. Well it was pretty unordinary for him to bring up my mom. It was also pretty unordinary for me to punch him. I guess it works out?
"Why would he talk about my mom, when his parents aren't any better?" I asked myself as I walked over to get a towel.
"What're you doing?" He asked, looking at me in the mirror.
I turned around to respond, "Tamaki spilled her apple juice, so I'm the one who has to clean it up."
Arthur just looked back at himself in the mirror. I walked out of the showers and headed to clean the mess.
~Arthur POV~
I know what I said was wrong, but.. Hear me out. He talked about my mother and father leaving me. So I fought back with his own issues. He should be happy, when his mother turned she said to not look. She still cared about him. My parents just up and left.
"I swear I hate him. I don't care if he is cute when he's confused or embarrassed. He deserves-" I WAS thinking, until someone busted into the showers making me jump and drop my ice pack.
Me and Shinra stared at each other, both dumbfounded. Shinra started to laugh bending over and grabbing his knees. My face turned red from embarrassment.
"Stop laughing! You're way more jumpy than I am," I responded turning my head away from him.
He walked up to me and picked up my ice pack, I snatched it out of his hand.
He grabbed my wrist, and took it back, "no snatching ."
Who does he think he is? Punching me, scaring me, then snatching the icepack out of my hand?
I grabbed his wrist and said, "no snatching."
He blushed. Of course he did, because i'm so hot-
Anyways I said, "you get flustered easily."
That's when I gently leaned in and~
Someone walked in. That someone was Ōbi. We stood there staring at each other then slowly looked at the captain who looked like, •_•.
"Um.. S-Sorry for interrupting your moment," Ōbi said, as he awkwardly walked out.
"Wait! It's not what you think," Shinra ran after him.
I grabbed his arm before he could reach the door. I turned him around into and hug. He was startled, obviously. It's not everyday a hot guy hugs you- imma stfu. Anyways I kissed his cheek, and we stood there. He soon returned the kiss, on my cheek and hugged back.
