~Shinra POV
I woke up at 7 in the morning. I usually wake up at like 10 when I have days off. I don't know why I was so exited for today. It's just Valentines day, it isn't like I have a lover or anything.
I climbed down my dark wood ladder and silently stepped on the floor. Arthur was still asleep, and I didn't feel like waking him up. I got some clothes on and went out to the dinning room. I met Ōbi and Maki talking, they usually wake up early.
"Morning,"I greeted, yawning.
"Mornin' Shinra," Ōbi greeted.
"Good morning," Maki said, turning her head around.
I walked over and sat down next to Maki. I don't know what they were talking about. Too boring for me. Anyways we sat there for like an hour waiting for everyone else to wake up. Iris came in a few minutes after me, then Tamaki followed 20 minutes after Iris. Then Hinawa and Vulcan came together. That was it. Well Arthur was there too but I like to imagine he isn't, so my heart doesn't go all crazy.
Ōbi broke the awkward silence, "I have an idea for today!"
He grabbed the hat off of Hinawas head and placed it upside down. He also ripped up the paper him and Maki were talking about and wrote names on it.
"It's kind of like secret santa. Pick a name and you get them a gift," Ōbi explained.
Iris was first. It went all the way down to Arthur, then to the other side all the way down to me. I got Arthur. You'd be crazy if you thought I'd get him something. I know I like him but.. I'm not giving him any hints to that fact!
~Arthur POV~
Today is going good so far, I got Shinra. I wonder who got me.. I want chocolate! Anyways, I peeked over to see Hinawas card, he got Tamaki.. Not me. I already knew what I was going to do for Shinra. I pulled out my phone as some people went in the kitchen to make breakfast. I looked at the time, 10:42 a.m. I went to Google and searched up some nice places around me. I also searched up a few more things, those are a secret though.
"Breakfast is ready," Shinra calmly said, walking up to the table with trays in his hand.
Maki and Hinawa were behind him with some trays as well. They made a lot of food, just for one day. We ate and went to do our own things.
-Time skip: 20 minutes-
Me and Shinra were in our room, laying on our beds. We both stared at whatever was above us.
"Hey Shinra, who did you get?" I asked, trying to start a conversation.
Like always, I can't get anything out of him, "That's not important."
Why does he hate me? I did nothing wrong.. I mean I know I can be a jerk to him, but I don't mean anything. I even apologize sometimes.. Sometimes.
To my surprise he actually started talking, "Who did you get?"
I was kinda annoyed at him so I responded, "That's not important."
Shinra sighed and moved to lean over the bars on his bed. We just looked at each other, with no expression. Shinra leaned over a bit more.
"Careful. You can fall," I said, raising my foot so the top touches his forehead.
He grabbed me, where his forehead touched, "That not important."
I'm getting sick of that sentence. Also it is important if he falls over the edge. He let go of my foot and smiled. I raised an eyebrow, confused on why he was acting different. Maybe because it was Valentines day and he was trying to be nice?
