My name is Natsuki Subaru and I have been suffering since being transported to another world. I thought things could get better only to figure out I've been fooling myself the entire time. I forgave the insults, abandonment, the betrayals always neglecting and disparage myself for everyone else's failures. Well no more will I be shackled by their problems it's time that I put my own needs before theirs and so I walk away.

Arc 4 Au: After dealing with so many betrayals Subaru leaves.

Author's Rant Note: This is not a bashing fanfiction in any way.

Surprised there aren't more Subaru leaving stories because, in all honesty, they treat Subaru like shit a lot. Don't you even try to lie to yourself you know it's true they straight-up abuse Subaru!

Yes, they don't know about return by death that still doesn't excuse them hints were dropped after all. You think it's normal for Subaru to have all those mental break downs and they don't question it.

Put yourself in Subaru's place for a moment then talk.

Subaru puts his body, soul, and especially his sanity on the line every time and you can't trust him when he asks you.

You put trust in Roswaal a man who sent assassins after people and is willing to summon the great rabbit to eat everyone also doesn't care about anyone else but Echidna and you treat Subaru like he's the most selfish and the worst person in the world.

Meanwhile, I'm sitting here trying to understand their thought process.

Subaru is disgustingly loyal to everyone and not just Emilia.

They should be working on getting Subaru's trust after everything he went through and Arc 4 really show how little trust he gets.

Is Subaru perfect? No, the hell he is not, but it's like they expect him to solve every problem when they're not even willing to help and they wonder why he doesn't love himself.

If it wasn't for my boi Otto(Otto is the best boy by the way) things would have gone the greed route.

He knows Otto for a couple of weeks and says he can't explain how knows what's going to happen and what does Otto do he says he'll trust Subaru because they're friends literally no hesitation whats everyone else's excuse when they knew him longer.

For those who don't know light novels says arc 1-4 Subaru was in that world for three months.

Literally, almost everyone is responsible for Subaru dying in some way directly or indirectly sometimes both.

Everyone has a limit and Arc 4 is when everybody would and should have left.

This fanfic is made to show Subaru leaving after being put through so many bad things and having a happy life.

For those that don't know sloth if (the truly only happy end Subaru) shows Subaru having a happy life while being married to Rem after leaving everyone else behind and yes he did suffer from guilt, but he got over it later in life.

That shows you that it's a fact Subaru needs to leave to live a happy life because they don't deserve Subaru's kindness when they're not going to appreciate it.

Also, I don't hate all the other characters' End.
