Chapter 4: The Eye Mystery

Eights p.o.v.
After Vanya made coffee she went to bed and it was just me and Five. "So are we gonna get some sleep" I said. "Well actually we have to go remember" Five said.

"Oh yeah but I kinda feel bad leaving Vanya" I said. "She will be fine remember the apocalypse is coming and we have to stop it" Five said. "I know I know" I said.

Five teleported us outside of Vanya's apartment building and we enter the car. I shift into my baby wolf form and lay down in the passenger side of the car in the front seat.

Five drives and I get a little bit of rest. Later on I wake up and seen Five parking in a space and I knew we were here. I shift back into my human self and making sure my hair was ok.

"Hey Five is my hair ok I don't want to look weird when we go in" I said. "Turn your head so I can see" Five said. I turn my head facing away from him so he could see my hair in the back.

"It's perfect as usual and don't forget your glasses if you need them incase you can't see" Five said handing me my glasses and glasses case.

I turn my head back to look at him and I smile. "Let's go shall we" I said. "Indeed we shall Blondie" Five said. We get out of the car and walk into the building aka the lab.

We get inside and we wait to see if we can find a doctor or scientist or whatever. Five is holding the glass eye and we were waiting. We were in a hurry and me and Five were getting really annoyed waiting.

Five starts walking around in the room while I was looking at a painting on the wall. "Uh can I help you?" We hear someone say. Me and Five turn and seen a man he looked like a doctor or whatever and that's exactly what we needed.

Five and I walk up to the man. "We need to know who this belongs to" Five said holding up the glass eye. "Where did you get that" The man asked. "What do you care?" Five said.

I nudge his arm and he looks at me. "Be nice" I whispered. He turns his head back and looks at the man. "I.....I found it... at a playground, actually. Uh, must have just...." He says while he clicked his tongue. "Popped out" he added.

"We want to return it to its rightful owner" I said smiling. "Oh.. what a thoughtful young lady and young man" The front desk lady said. "Yeah look up the name for us, will ya?" Five said.

But of course the doctor had to ruine our plan. "Uh, I'm sorry, but patient records are strictly confidential that means I can't tell you--" The doctor said but interupted.

"Yeah, I know what it means." Five said. "But I'll tell you what I can do. I will take the eye off of your boths hands and return it to the owner. I'm sure he or she will be very grateful, so if I can just--" The doctor said but interupted again.

I could tell Five was getting pissed off so was I. "Yeah your not touching this eye" Five said. "Now you listen here,young man--" The doctor said but interupted again but not by talking.

Five pulls the doctor closer to him in a threatening way. "No! You listen to me, asshole. I and her have come a long way for this, through some shit your pea brain couldn't even comprehend, so just give us the information we need and we will be on our merry way. And if you call me "young man" one more time, I'm gonna put your head through that damn wall." Five said.

I was grinning on how Five was so badass when he was angry or annoyed so could I but right now I'm just being calm little old me for now. "Oh, dear" The lady said. "Call security" The doctor said.

"Five let's go it's not worth it" I said walking out the door. I turn and seen Five didn't let go yet. "Five" I said a little louder. He lets go and shoves the doctor away following behind me.
