The Divine Souls (Reader x Chara)

The Arena Battle

                                                                       (Third Pov)

(S/N): Mom, what are you doing here?!

Your sister said as she was still hugging your parents.

Mother: Your father and I, didn't want to leave you two, to fight the battle against the creature that threatening and hurting humans and monsters.

Father: So we decided to leave the refuge and come find you two.

You: But it's dangerous out here, you could be killed.

Father: And so you could you.

You were thinking of a comeback, but you couldn't think of anything. Then you, along with your sister and parents, spotted a giant blob creature attacking the town. 

Mother: It seems you have work to do. Your father and I still need to help everyone else that's at the refuge, we just stopped by to say hi. And it seems that you two have been helping quite a lot by the looks of it.

Father: We'll see you two later.

You and (S/N) wave goodbye to your parents and head to the blob creature to fight it. While you and (S/N) were heading to the blob, you found what looked like a hole with rubble blocking it.

You and (S/N) both had a bad feeling and got rid of the rubble that was blocking it. When you and (S/N) went in the hole, you found an injured and unconscious Jessica.

(S/N): Lets get her out of here.

When the two of you got her out, she looked bloody and bruised. You could barely feel her soul. It may of been faint, but it was still there. You started using your soul to heal her. Then all of a sudden, you saw her soul appear. It was cracked and close to shattering.

You tried your best, but even your magic couldn't heal her soul. You then tried what you did to (S/N) during the small fight you two had. You tried your hardest as your eyes glowed green as did Jessica's. The two of you unleashed a powerful green aura around the two of you.

Your soul glowed as bright as it could be, as the cracks on Jessica's blue soul healed. (S/N) caught Jessica before she could fall as you held your head in pain.

(S/N): I'll get her to Rave, you head back to the arena. 

You: Got it.

You hurry  to the arena as fast as possible before Bete could get there. 

                                                 (Timeskip to the arena)

You block another slash from Asriel as Frisk counter-attacks. You see Toriel trap Asriel in fire as you summon a green pillar blast to stun him. You then rush through the fire and punch Asriel away with you shield. 

Chara: Me and Frisk can take it from here.

You nod to Chara and head over to help Asgore and Toriel with Bete. You see Asgore launch a fireball at Bete and encase her in smoke. 

Toriel: Do you think we can kill it?...

Asgore: We won't know if we don't try. 

Asgore summons a trident and throws it at Bete. It impales her into the wall as you summon hundreds of your shield bombs and launch them at her. You then see Toriel summon hundreds of her fireballs as you both attack Bete with the combined attack. 

                                                       (Meanwhile with S/N)

(S/N) was running around the town, still killing those blobs. Finally after killing more and more of the blobs, she found Undyne.
