We pulled up and decided to let him open the door for me, when he walked around he offered me a hand and I was looking at it confused but then grabbed it and he helped me out and he still had hold of my hand I tried to get him to let it go but he wouldn't I looked at him seeing him looking at me with knowing eyes I just don't know why he had that look in his eyes so I asked him "what? Why are you keeping ahold of my hand for?" "you are my date for tonight" "oh well I guess I didn't notice because you never asked" I said with a little bit of sass "look Elizabeth I didn't mean to touch you earlier like that" "oh so you did make a mistake, note" "Elizabe-" before he could finish talking I looked beside me and Callie was there looking at me with pure understanding and Ryder with a lot of anger "let's go guys" I let him hold my hand we walked in and everybody was looking at us so I leaned real close and asked him why everybody was looking at us "honey I have the biggest business in the world, my Mafia is number one in the world and I'm a billionaire" "good point" I answered him and we walked down the stairs and as soon as our feet hit the last step somebody was already talking to him well this is going to be a long night.

we were talking to the I think 10th couple in 20 minutes and my feet were starting to hurt and we have 5 hours left, I was pulled out of my thoughts by Ryder saying something to me "Elizabeth the people that are about to walk up to us in a second is one of guy's that talked to you at the fight" "oh okay" I was scared and I'm not sure if I could talk to him so I'm just going to be quiet when I looked up at him and and when I seen the person I seen next to the guy that talked to me was my Ex-Boyfriend if that's what you want to call him, I was in a relationship with a bad boy/football guy and I should have knew it was a dare but I was stupid for thanking that, he had made a bet with his friend to date me, sleep with me and then break up with me so yeah that's happened well all but the sex part still very much a virgin, also he was emotionally abusive, I didn't realize I was staring at him with tears in my eyes and holding Ryders hand so tight until he got real close to my ear and whispered "what is wrong? you'll be fine I won't let the same guy threaten you twice" I whispered back "it's not him I'm worried about it's Jake the guy walking beside him he is my ex boyfriend if you want to call him that, we can talk about it here in a minute when he leaves I promise I will tell you about it" I looked back up and seen a worried Ryder and I just smiled at him not worrying about what happened earlier then Callie said in my ear right before he could reach us "isn't that Jake?" all I could do is nod my head at her because they reached us at that point. 

"Hello Ryder no time no see, how have you been?" "I'm pretty sure you already know the answer to that am I right?" "yes you are right number two has to keep eyes on number one" I looked left of him for a second then met eyes with freaking Jake I just looked at him with an emotionless face while he smirks, Ryder says to the dude in front of us "well have a nice time we have to get going" we were turning and still hand in hand when Jake said "so how does the old fatso get the billionaire and number one in the Mafia world" I clenched harder but this time I felt him move his hand and I thought he was going to leave but instead he puts his hand around my waist "you know Jake why didn't you go along with that dare back in college?" "because I didn't want to sleep with that, and you could handle this honey" "okay listen here" I said while walking out of Ryders arms "one I did finally get the guy and the family I want, two don't call me honey only Ryder can call me that and " I started to say and walked real close to him and grabbed his balls extremely hard and then finished "three what do you mean I couldn't handle this it is half of the size of Ryders and I can take him just fine so next time you see me just smile and keep your dame mouth shut okay"  I smiled and then turned and walked back to Ryder then we both put our hands around each others waist and then looked back and seen him bent over grabbing at him self and smiled again and said real sweet "by Jake it was such a pleasure to see you again" with that I walked away and felt somebody staring at me so I looked up and seen Ryder smile at me and I smiled back and said close to his ear "sorry that I had to use you for an example your the only one I could think of" "it's totally fine honey lets get out of here" "okay and by the way I'm still pissed at you and hurt by what you did earlier" "what touching you" "not that part of the situation" I said while he opened the door and then I got in and he shut the door and looked confused and then got in the car and it was a silent car ride home again but I was going to let him realize what he did tonight, then one last final thought wow I'm becoming a badass well to everybody else but Ryder for some reason I wonder why?
