In the night ♡ ( Fred and George Weasley )

Confessions

I slid down against my door. Settling myself down on the cold floor, hugging my legs tightly. My hands ran up my long black hair tugging at the roots, making it mess up.

How could I be so stupid. I really thought that after what had happened between Fred and I, that it had meant something more. I mean it did to me, but I was dumb for thinking that it did for him too. He's known for this, going around and not settling down. I should know more than anyone he's one of my best friends.

I began to cry. Full on sobbing. I couldn't hold my tears back any longer. They seemed to be rushing out, running down my face till I could taste them on my mouth.

I heard a loud knock on my door. Not having the energy to move or say anything I just kept on crying.

"Eve let me in" I heard Fred say behind the door. Of course he would have the balls to come after me and rub it all on my face.

I didn't reply. Hoping that he would leave.
"EVE I'll break this door down. Just let me in." he threatened. He rattled the doorknob loudly. I gave in and moved away from the door before he could fulfill his statement. I wiped my face to try to hide the fact that I was previously crying before unlocking the door which he soon swung open.

Failing horribly as his eyes landed on my mascara smeared cheeks. He stared at me, a look of hurt in his eyes that he was trying his best to hide. I walked away from him and towards my bed. He stood still by the door only managing to close it shut behind him.

"What do you want Fred?" I asked.

He sighed. "What was that?" He asked his voice stern

"What was what Fred?" I returned, still not daring to meet his eyes.

"You just ran away when I was trying to talk to you" He replied. I still didn't look at him. I didn't even reply to what he said.

I didn't want to argue with him, especially not over something dumb.

"Are you gonna answer me?" He demanded.

"I have nothing to say to you. Just go back to having Angelina's tongue down ur throat" I replied coldly.

"So that's what this is about?" He said. "She kissed me before I even had a chance to react so I just kissed her back. You walked in at the wrong time"

"I walked in at the wrong time?" I scoffed. "What a great excuse Fred. Even after yesterday-"

"Don't act like you didn't act like it meant nothing this morning" He cut me off. "When George asked about us you rushed to let him know that you had just let me crash in here since he was with Lorelei. Seems to me as if you were embarrassed to say we had actually slept together"

"We didn't sleep together Fred!" I yelled. "It was a simple mistake that shouldn't have happened"

He looked at me in disbelief before slamming his hand against the pole of my four poster bed.

"Right, a mistake." He said while staring at me. Waiting to see if I had something else to say. I remained quiet.

He quickly turned on his heel, pulling the door open and slamming it on his way out. Making me jump from the sudden commotion.

I couldn't help but continue crying. I cried  until I fell asleep.

I woke up feeling much better. Lorelei busted through the door looking flustered. "Oh let me tell you how great George is" She says but quickly stops herself as she sees the state i'm in.
