CH 10; What happened to the lake incident?

Chapter 10

The royal physician is now checking the queen's condition since she was feeling less energy lately. Chaeyoung entered the room politely,

She bowed at her  as a respect "Your highness, the food is ready." Jisoo nodded as some servants entered the room with the meal

"Just put it there" jisoo pointed her finger at the little table on her room, "Are you okay with this meal, your highness?" Chaeyoung asked showing her what kind of meal they have

Jisoo glance on it as her facial expression turned disgusted, "What kind of food is that? It looks so awful" she commented

Chaeyoung lower her head as she answers, "My lady, the King requested this food because you have to gain your energy."

"He did?" Jisoo asked contrition, chaeyoung just nodded as she knew that jisoo felt a little guilty from what she just said, judging it without knowing the reason behind

Jisoo nod, "Okay, just put it there and tell the royal chef to cook me some ramyeon." Chaeyoung vague and ask,

"What is it, your highness? Ram-- Ram-- what?" Jisoo just shook her head as she remembered that there's no ramyeon in this world, atleast no one invented it yet, "Aish forget it. I'll just eat this vile food."

As the royal physician finished checking the queen's condition, he left. Chaeyoung sat comfortable infront of jisoo. Well, she's not uncomfortable now as before

"Jisoo-ya, how are you feeling now?" Chaeyoung asked worriedly, jisoo drank water before answering chaeyoung, "I'm feeling better now. Anyway, can i talk to the royal chef here?"

Chaeyoung frown in confusion, "Why? Is there any problem on his foods?" Jisoo nodded, "Yes, there is. All of his food taste so awful, i can't bare to eat this everyday. I might throw up."

"Then, should we kick out the royal chef on his position?" Chaeyoung asked, Jisoo frown hearing how this place runs, "No, i didn't say something like that. Why do this place runs like that? It's not fair."

Chaeyoung understand what jisoo was saying. On her opinion too, this is so unfair for everyone who have a low position. "I understand you jisoo, but it's the reality we're facing. We should face and accept it."

She just shook her head not wantibg to stress herself thinking about the trash they had. She stood up as she said, "Chae, let's go. I want to read some books and forget my problems for the time being."

Chaeyoung nod as she and jisoo went outside, to go to the library. They reach the library and comfort theirselves a chair. "Could you recommend me some novel here?"

"What do you mean?" Charyoung asked frownly, "I mean, some book. Like, romance, action, fantasy or something like that." Jisoo explained
