Narrator POV:
"How was your first time skateboarding?" Eren asked.

"It was really really fun, thank you Eren."

Eren nods his head, they were both sitting at a bench drinking slushees.

"That reminds me hey eren you're gonna have to come by tomorrow."

"Why's that?"

"My dad is gonna introduce you to the rest of the staff, like the other servers who are going to work with you."

"Ah, hope they aren't a pain."

"Why do you say that?"

"Eh I don't know, I never really like working with strangers I prefer working alone, sometimes I think they may just get in the way, sorry if that sounds rude."

Mikasa leans forward on the bench and looks at Eren and gently smiles at him.

"What?" He said making eye contact with her while he drank his slushee.

"You know,you're starting to open up more with me."

"Is that so?" He said.

"Mhm." Mikasa said nodding her head

"Before you would just shun me out....or just give me one answer responses.....but now....it's great."

"People change I guess.....maybe as long as they're with the right person."

Mikasa blushed at his statement.

"Come on let's go." He said getting up and throwing out his finished slushee, he then offered his hand. To which Mikasa accepts.

"Alright you should've gotten the hang of it,let's ride."

Eren said getting on his skateboard.

Mikasa followed Eren back to the car.

As they got back home he parks the car and Mikasa gets out She had his extra skateboard in her hands as they got out.

"Here Eren."

"Ugh, you can keep it."

"Huh?, are you sure?"

"Yea, just in case if you just wanna ride it around the neighborhood I guess." He said.

"Thank you."

Eren smiled at Mikasa as she did back.

"Well...I'll see you tomorrow."

"Yea...ugh right."

Mikasa started walking back to her house and Eren went around back and went to see his sunflowers. Just to check on the one that was growing at a weird pace.
Eren POV:
"Sweet, it's looking good, I wonder what's making it grow better?" I asked myself.

I shrugged and walked back inside.
*time skip*
I knock on the door and Mikasa answered .

"Hey Mikasa."

"Morning Eren."

"So where are the others."

"Oh their in the ball room."

"Ah of course."

I walk beside Mikasa as we got there, we open the doors and see Mikasa father talking with the other workers.

Mikasa father notices us.

"Hey Eren."

"Hello mr.Ackerman."

"So as Mikasa told you yesterday, these guys are going to be working with you during the party."

I waved at them and I noticed one that seemed young almost 14 by my guess and he looked nervous.

Then mr.Ackerman introduces them to me and the boy who's name was reo.When mr.Ackerman finished explaining everything, they began to leave.

"Something bothering you Eren?"

"Nah it's just...that kid...he seems really young, you sure it's fine he's working with us, he seems very shy."

"Now i that I think about, probably, is he gonna be a bother?"

"No no, not at all."

"You seemed worried now."

"Well he looks clumsy I don't want him falling over and spilling drinks or food you know, but I'm gonna try to help him out the best I can."
Narrator POV:
Mikasa leans over and smiles at Eren.

"Well anyways Mikasa I'm gonna do my chores, I'll probably talk to you after."

A few hours went by, eren didn't really get to talk with Mikasa all day as she was also responsible in helping to prepare the party not by force but by choice. As she really loved helping from what Eren guessed.

Eren was cleaning up the house and his room and making sure the basement was just as clean. Eren pulled out his phone and it was really nice today with it only being 65 outside.

After he got done with his stuff, he grabbed a huge towel and just decided to watch the sunset. He grabbed a bottle of water and a bag of cashews along with a speaker. He decided to listen to feel it all around by washed out slowed and reverb. He took a nice inhale then exhale as the gently breeze brushed passed his face. Eren then just decided to lay back and watch the sky as it changed and watching the clouds rotating ever so slowly.

But by doing this he felt his eye become heavy along with yawning and feeling drowsy. Soon enough his eyes began to close falling asleep on the beach.

"Alright mom, I'm done with everything you asked me to do." Mikasa stated.

"Alright thank you sweetheart, so what are you gonna do now?"

"I'm gonna go see Eren, we haven't spoken all day."

"Alright then, go have fun."
Mikasa POV:
I put on lace up flat sandals and head over towards erens place. I knock on his door when I got there. But there was no answer, I knocked three more times to no avail.

I saw that the back porch light was on. I went around and walked towards the beach, he's probably there doing someone. I kept walking until I heard the distant music playing.

"Wonder what he's doing?" I ask myself.

As I got closer the music got louder and that's until I saw Eren just laying on the ground. I walk over towards him. And as I did, he was just sleeping. I turn off the boombox and waited for him to notice but he didn't.he was vastly asleep.

I looked around and saw that the coast was clear, I slowly lied down next to Eren and realized why he felt asleep, this spot felt so peaceful, my eyes began to fee heavy l, I didn't even know what Was going on I felt my eyes to begin to close to only feel Eren wrap his arm around me and pull me in and before I knew it, I was sleeping.
