You have been living in the walls of Maria your whole life and always wanted to be apart of the Survey Corps. The soldiers that you idolized for so long were so brave and strong, all you wanted was to grow up to be just like that. The day you turned 12, you were already in line to sign up. After a 3 long years of working through the training, you have finally made it.

Now that you have graduated, you started to see the hard truth of being apart of the Survey corps. Every week you saw a line of soldiers leave to go head first against the titans however, every week fewer and fewer came back. You started to get frighten that maybe this wasn't what it was all you dreamed about. With all the doubt that your family and friends gave you about joining, you knew what you wanted.

It has been a few years since you have joined the Survey corps. Yes, it is scary at times. But the adrenaline you get for killing all the titans and feeling as though you are making your home safer, overpowers all the fear you have. You have recently heard a new soldier has been promoted to captain. He has been in the corps longer than you have and it was no shock that he has gotten his high ranking however, the rate that he was able to achieve at was astounding. No one has been promoted that quickly in years. He was the go to gossipi. He was the best at everything he did and he knew it.

Now that I think about it, I believe his name was Levi Ackerman.

You and your fellow peers have been called into a meeting to discuss your formation for when you go onto the field. You listen to Ewrin and watch as your friends are put into different groups. You start to zone out waiting to hear your name. After a few others leave and get called, suddenly you hear your name being called.

"You all will be with Captain Levi" Ewin says

Your group leaves and later that afternoon you come back to discuss the plan. Now understanding your job, your group gets the horses ready. Riding in the center of the formations you take in the beautiful grass and trees. 'It always smells better out here' You thought. You start noticing flares being shot from the left. Not even a moment later you see a 14 meter tall titan running from the right side.

"What happen to the right wing's flare ?!!" You yell

A soldier in your group fires a flare. You all try to make your horses run faster, but somehow the titan just keeps getting closer.

"Captain the titan is catching up" Soldier 1 says (I'm sorry i couldn't bother thinking up of a name 😀)

Levi says nothing and just keeps facing forward. You can tell he is just thinking of a plan but there was no time, every second the titan grew closer and closer.

"What's the plan Captain ??" Soldier 2 says

Suddenly the sun that was just shining on us was gone. The shadow of the titan that was right behind us was so big that it made the sun completely disappear. Everyone turns their head to stare at the titan's humongous grin. You turn back and noticed that Levi never even looked back. Just then in your peripheral vision you see a hand coming towards you. You feel yourself being listed off your horse. The huge hand holding you as if you were a stick that has broken off a tree. After defeating so many titans you have never felt so small until now. In what felt like a blink of an eye you see yourself getting closer to a mouth opening wider than any tunnel you've walked through. 'Am I going to die?' You thought. Before your mind could wander to anything else you hear screaming. You turn your head to see...
