Battle Scars

2. Dagger

     I woke up in a chair, my arms and legs chained. I raised my head, Moon, and several other similar people standing in front of me. "Welcome, Miss Hunter," said a strange voice. "I'm sure you're wondering why you're here and especially where you are. "You are in the land of demons and you are here to help us." I wondered how i am supposed to help, I had a lot of questions, but I kept quiet. 

   The stranger bowed his head and Moon stepped closer to me. He held a kind of dagger in his hand. I thought I was going to be punished or something, but no. He gently opened my hand and placed the dagger in my hand.

 After a while I felt movement, the dagger moved! More precisely, it lifted and stopped over my left hand. It slowly approached the skin, dug into it, and began to form an ornament. I screamed, but no one helped me. After a while, the dagger stopped. All the blood dried and I had an ornament on my hand. According to the outline, it was some kind of bird. Was it an eagle? No, he would have a bigger beak. Falcon? No. It was a crow.

"Her name is Crow!" shouted the unknown. Is the crow my demon's name? After a while, I began to feel pain in my back. It didn't take a minute and my wings were sticking out of my back! Just like a crow has! 

Someone lifted my head, it was a woman, and she was smiling at me. "Crow, my name is Light" she removed my chain "Now I'll take you to your room" She slowly lifted me out of the chair and we set off.¨

 My room was large, decorated in dark blue. There was nothing missing. Bed, couch, bathroom, sink, dressing room, mirror, everything was there. "I'll leave you here, rest," she said, closing the door. I lay down on the bed with lightning speed and fell asleep without any problems. No wonder, the clock struck two o'clock in the morning.

Annie slept, but Moon, Dragon and The Unkown one were still up.

They were discussing what to do next. Should they start trainig her or just let her be on her own? Should Light show her this world? No one knows, but they need to be hurry. We don't know where vampires are hiding and waiting.
