how do you see
behind the haze of the morning
and the stupor
that remains from the night?
tired eyes
are no company
to the dying eyes
who are haze and stupor
and all the more combined.
tired eyes
go to rest
while your eyes are still alive,
if not,
tired eyes
the rest will find you
and eyes will die.
