Chapter One: Brothers
It was fear, true and uncontrollable fear. The warlock has nothing he could do to stop it, no magic could've helped him at that time. He watched as his best friend jumped across the room, her claws forming from her hands that had became paws, fear was absent. Th---
"Devyn!!" The voice rang from another room, it struck him horribly. Fine, that would be a little over dramatic it just caused him to draw his pen across the paper he had been writing on. 'That's another story down the drain,' he informed himself mentally as he began to gather his personal materials. "Mom said it's time for dinner! More like grab your food then hide in our room! Ha...That was suppose to be funny," Devyn sighs as he throws his pen down, after doing that act of being overdramatic Devyn ran down the stairs of the small house three siblings, two parents, and three dogs all shared. To be honest, at times Devyn felt like he hated his brother- but that was most likely because the boys spent almost all their times before forced into the same small room. Their little sister got lucky and mom let her have the same room. The twins would always think that she was lucky- but the two boys at times were thankful they got to be together.
"Little girl-" Devyn looked towards the source of noise, it was his younger sister, Roxanne, fighting with Morgan.
"Give it back," Morgan yelled to Rox, and in response she shook her head and tugged a bit tighter. As the fight moved on, Devyn finally got to the point where he just walked in between them to get their fighting to stop, though that only lasted for a short moment, it had given Devyn the time he had needed to get into the kitchen.
"Hi honey," the mother of the three siblings greeted Devyn,"Are you ready to have dinner?" Devyn nodded, then he shrugged. The boy was never really sure on anything, he hated having his own opinion so he normally wouldn't answer big questions, unless it was just him and mom and none of the other siblings could hear him. Even then, he'd normally refuse to speak- that is unless he gains an idea of what he wants from his very sad blogging life.
Well, finally Devyn decided to grab his food before running off to hide back in his room. It was just the start to another, soon to be, totally amazing at a new school. Well, as they say, 'New year, new me..' At least that's how Devyn worked.
