Part 22

Continuing from previous part:-

Ragini ran back to her home crying from inside. How her life change in two days she never thought about these but what happening confused her as well as scared her in someway. Tears filled her eyes once again when Sanskar's face flash in her mind how broken he was looking as if someone stanch his heart from his body well she did that unknowingly but the question is when he fell in love with her ? From childhood they only argued about every small thing , he never try to befriend with her nor she offer him friendship , he rarely comes to school for two years then how come he fell in love with her ? Is he in love with her from childhood!

Her heart warmed feeling aww upon thinking this possibility any girl feel overwhelmed finding she's been someone's crush from childhood and she is no exception. Images of school time came in her mind how cute Sanskar look at that time through she always tease him by calling him sanku but she knew she missed him badly in those two years but now she's going away. Tears rolled down on her cheeks thinking about what her life became.

Door of her room open and Indrani come in holding ragini's clothes in her hand she calls out ragini putting her clothes on bed  ' Ragini here is your clothes I ironed these now start your packing your stuff as your dad take you at airport 12 pm sharp tomorrow'  Indrani look at her for reply but she didn't get her response she walk towards her but find  ragini sobbing silently , Indrani stood beside her and ask wiping her tears  ' ragu I understand suketu hurrying things but he is right in a way Mumbai is ocean of opportunities for a student like you this town is small slowly you'll start liking your new home' ragini hug her and cry bitterly. Indrani crease her head to clam her but it seems like it won't work .

Ragini let out another broken sob and say  ' but I don't want to go from here I just love this town' .

'Why ?'  Indrani ask

' I feel same kinda connection with this town as if this place give me power , some strength to keep going it's... it's like magic'  ragini say her heart out .

Indrani break the hug and say with serious face  ' pack your stuff or your father be angry on you'  she go towards the door leaving ragini sad and disappointed.

' there is a saying if you wish something on your birthday exact at midnight god fulfill that wish . Tomorrow is your birthday so wish wisely'  indrani utter before going out of room .

Ragini look at her going figure thinking about her mean !

At night:

Ragini pack her stuff as she told but her eyes are swollen from crying. She take a bath to clam herself down, how funny it is she always be excited for her birthday but now she wish her sun won't rise and her birthday won't start as with new day she have to leave from here .  She change her clothes dry her hairs she come in her room sadly but to her surprise Sanskar is sitting on her bed  she got shock seeing him here at this time , he pass a sad smile to her and she quickly close her room door asking him in panic tone  ' what—how how you come into my room Sanskar?'

' I come here to wish you birthday'  he say in hurt voice.

Ragini's heart ache hearing his voice but control her emotions ask  ' but why now ? You never wished me before on my birthday'  hearing her he walk to her and pass a small sad smile say  ' and how stupid I acted in all those years if I told you before at least I would have some memories with you but now you are leaving' .

Ragini try to make him understand but he say  ' shhh at least let me have this moment to make memory with you happy birthday Ragini'  saying this he tie a locket around her neck .  Ragini look down at the locket touching it with her hand  it's an ancient looking necklace which have a dark green stone in it with some imprinting ,  she ask still looking at it  ' why you giving me this?' 

He say cupping her cheek  ' it's your present it'll protect you give you strength and reminds you about me'  she look at him but instantly he put his lips on her capturing them in a heartfelt kiss .

Ragini froze on her spot as it's her first ever kiss and she don't know how to respond. Sanskar sucking her lips as if he is pouring his emotions in the kiss  how serious he is for her and how angry he is for her leaving him .

She felt tear rolled down on his cheek while he is kissing her  and he broke the kiss .

Ragini open her eyes slowly to find his tears on his cheeks  and he open his eyes saying a hurtful  ' I love you'  then he left as if disappear in thin air ....
