wheels on the bus part 1

Y/N P.O.V:

today was the day that I was going to the worst place on earth, k-12. It's like a boarding school but like a phsyc ward and like the teachers and students are crazy, if you make one wrong move it's over, or at least that's what I've heard. But who knows this school could be amazing but i highly doubt that since it was my father who sent me here. You see my father isn't a good person and ever since he and mom got divorced he decided to get married and then it all kinda went downhill from there. The woman my father married is awful,but aren't all stepmoms though. My father used to be so much fun and me and him were super close but one day he came home and apparently he got fired from his job and my Mother wasn't very happy about it and that night they argued all night long. Ever since that my mother and father wouldn't stop fighting and my father thought it would be a good idea to pick up a habit if drinking and everytime he couldn't pay for his own alcohol he would take money from my mom and when my mom found out and tried to get him help he started getting abusive, my mom couldn't take it anymore so she divorced him and took me and moved out of state. When I was 14 my mom died in a car crash so I had to go live with my dad and we I got there i noticed my father stopped drinking but was still the rude yelling mess he had been since he got fired. My step mother wasn't pleased whatsoever whenever I moved in and she made me do everything around the house and my dad just sat there and let everything happen but when I stopped listening to my stepmother and started taking care of myself he decided to enroll me in a sleepaway school. Today was the day I was leaving for k-12 and I was nervous as hell but I had to do it since I had no choice in this and who knows it could be good but it could also be the worst year's of my life, I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

This is part one of the wheels on the bus chapter and ik this chapter was boring but trust me the next chapter will be better and y/n will meet crybaby and angelita in part 2. What do you guys think of the book so far?
