Walking down the streets, he smoked his cigarette inhaling the toxic smoke, feeling all numb and hurt, his glowy pupils slowly looked up at the shining moon while admiring its beauty.

He felt his heart shatter every time he remembers the awful sight he saw few moments ago, his girlfriend dumped him for a rich ass man 'typical'.

His phone started buzzing, he took out his phone from his left pocket and checked the caller ID.

?? : 'Not now.....'​

He ignored his one and only friend, who is also the only person who cares about him and wishes him happiness even though she can't give it to him, she still tries her best.

He put his phone back in his pocket while letting out a tired sigh, he decided to go to the beach, he knew that it's hella cold now but he didn't even give a single damn about it and headed there.

When he arrived, the sea's smell instantly hit his nostrils, he inhaled deeply before taking steps closer to the sea shore, he was glad that he's finally going to have a peaceful moment alone with himself.

But no...

While admiring the beautiful scenery in front of him, his eyes landed on a young couple holding hands, smiling widely at each other, enjoying their time together, looking all happy while walking on the cold sand.

He immediately without thinking twice, looked away from them as he remembered his girlfriend
?? : 'she's not even your girlfriend anymore, she's your EX now, you idiot!'

He mentally slapped himself after realizing that he still misses her, he wanted to forget her completely, fully erase their memories together from his memory, but his heart wasn't helping him, she cheated, his pride won't let him go on with her no matter what, his brain told him to give her another chance because she's human and humans make mistakes.

But she already left him because he had no more money and when she knew that he won't inherit anything from his father, she made her decision and dumped him.

At this point, he only wanted to go home, but the thing is he was living with his ex since he ran away with her.

And now after he didn't listen to his own dad, who warned him and told him that she only wants his money, that she's using him, that she doesn't love him, he had to face the consequences of his actions.

He had nowhere to go, his dad died two days ago, his girlfriend dumped him today and he felt like a whole mess.

He called the only person who thought will help him.....Y/N

Y/N is basically his childhood best friend, she had feelings for him but she didn't tell him since she was afraid of ruining their friendship.

she also discovered 4 days ago that she had cancer but, once again, she didn't tell him because she knew what he's going through these days and didn't want to make it any worse for him.

?? : 'hey Y/N, how u doin?'

𝗝𝗞 : 'I am sorry 𝙔/𝙉, but umm can I come over?'

𝗬/𝗡 : 'of course, but what happened? U seem sad'

𝗝𝗞 : 'well, my girl dumped me..'

𝗬/𝗡 : 'WHAT??! Why??'

𝗝𝗞 : 'Imma tell u when I come I am so tired now'

𝗬/𝗡 : 'ok ok, take care AND DON'T DRINK TOO MUCH!!'

𝗝𝗞 : 'fine, I won't, bye'

𝗬/𝗡 : 'bye, idiot'

He chuckled at himself, at least there is one person who '𝑎𝑐𝑡𝑢𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑦' cares about him and his health, even his own mother, didn't give a shit about him or ask how he was doing.

But he didn't care as well, he didn't love her anyways, after he saw her that night with another man.

Yes she cheated and his father divorced her a long time ago and since that day, he never saw her again nor contacted her, as if she was literally dead, and he was glad.

Feeling the cold breeze brush his wounded cheeks, he made his way towards his best friend's house, knowing that she will scold him for getting into a fight with that rich ass man, but he couldn't help but to do so.
