Chapter 8

"BREA!" spencer screamed from the top of her lungs spotting me down the hall.

"Spence."I was quickly toppled over by her large tall frame. She was kissing me all over my face and hugging me.

"You are not leaving my sight today, I've missed you too much."She nodded,handing her bag off to a girl who followed her around.

"Do you still go out with the asshole."She asked, I nodded and watched as she groaned.

"What do you see in him?"She scowled.

"He treats me good spencer."I mumbled, I knew he had "friends" watching me.

"Yeah the bruises on your legs say that very well"she hissed, I forgot she could see those when they are first formed.

"Whatever, your coming to cheer practice with me after school today, there is someone I'd like you to meet"I stopped and looked at the smile playing on her face.

"Spence..."I gave her a warning look.

"I know I know, he's just a bit of fun sweetheart. He's a new kid and his name is Reuben or Ben."Spencer but her lip and walked away to first period. I scowled and dreaded the end of the day now.

"Liam and Brea your back, after all that time we thought you two would never make it, past the cupcake phase."
We are WAY past that stage.

I plastered the fakest smile on my face and held Liam's hand walking away.
"What is it?"Liam asked
"Spencer asked me to stay after school for cheer with her..."I mumbled quietly.
"She misses you, I can feel it, go one and stay but don't have too much fun be home by 10pm.."Liam rubbed my arm slightly.
Ever since the Sam incident he has been a whole lot nicer too me. I think the fact that Sam has pulled every one of his slaves probably got to him.
"Tomorrow you will be injected with a serum that will make you forget who Sam was and what he did to you. I only want your memory of Sam erased."Liam murmured, I paused and looked at him.
"Is it that deep am I really that much of kick ass slave that you want my memory of him--"I couldn't stop the tears from coming.
"Obliterated, erased, deleted and gone forever."Liam cut me off abruptly and left me standing there.
"You just worry about having fun with Spencer tomorrow and stop crying you'll mess up your makeup."Liam came back and kissed me lightly.

I found out later that Rueben was a huge flirt. I couldn't help but be mesmerized by his charm. He seemed to take a liking to me too because all during practice he kept trying to touch me. I hadn't realized Liam's best friend Garrett was watching us from the field.

"Hey kid, back off."Garrett spat. Spencer flung her hair and glared at Garrett.

"Excuse me Garrett but nothing's going on here just innocent flirting which Brea isn't returning, So you need to chill out before I tell the entire school about your little Viagra problem."Spencer growled, she went to meet him at his level.

"If he so much as touches her, your done in this town, hell in this city."Spencer hissed turning on her heel and smiling at us.

"Actually spence it's time for me to go anyway, don't wanna be late for dinner."I said quickly pushing past Garrett and racing to my car.
