The owner of the green eyes looks at me, almost perplexed. His mouth opens, "This isn't how I pictured our first proper interaction." He grabs my forearm and pulls me into the house.
The house itself is quaint with dark hardwood floors and grey walls. To my left I see a living room with a black sectional facing a flat screen TV. Under the TV is a grey wood media stand sporting multiple gaming consoles ranging from Xbox to VR. A glass table sits in the middle of the room with matching side tables.
I hear the locking of the doors and shiver. I think I have officially recaptured myself. I cringe at my own stupidity before a hand cups my shoulder gently. I turn around sharply and instinctively go to punch the perpetrator. He catches my fist calmly and huffs.
"You don't want to do that. Trust me it will not help your case or mine for that matter." He says, equal parts calm and amused.
A smirk plays at his lips while he runs his fingers through my hair, stopping at the stain. "Now, let's get you cleaned up before I explain everything."
He grabs my wrists surprisingly gentle and leads me down a narrow hall until we reach a closed door. He opens the door to reveal a rather large room. A bed with an upholstered grey headboard and brown wood trim sits in the middle of the room. I take a second to appreciate the black and red bed set made nearly. The night tables on either side of the bed are the same wood as the bed trim, with matching chest and dresser against the wall connected to the door.
We walk to the right where another door is. He opens the door to reveal a bathroom. The floor is made up of light marble tiles with a light blue wall colour. The shower is a huge walk in shower with multiple shower heads. The sink across from the shower has marble details and silver lined taps. I look at myself in the large mirror and cringe.
"There is some shampoo and conditioner under the sink, pick whatever you like most. I really wasn't sure what to get because I've never done this before." I look at the man as he sheepishly rubs the back of his neck. He almost looks.. nervous? "Anyways I'm sure you know how to use the shower. The cabinet above the toilet has fresh towels and girly shit if you need any."
He scratches his chin as he turns around and leaves me alone with my own reflection. Truth be told, I don't think I haven't looked this bad since that day. I step into the shower and start the water. A blast of cold hits me and I don't cower away. Tears begin to stream down my face as I think about how my mom must be feeling right about now. How long have I been gone? Has she even noticed? She would have to take her head out of her ass to even see that I'm gone. Tears stream down my eyes as I think about it.
I look over at the wall of the shower made up of white tile and luxurious silver to see how much of my hair has fallen out. A good chunk of hair resides on the wall. Great. I continue to lather shampoo labeled 'Moroccan oil' to my hair and lather it in, taking in the sweet smell. I'm trying to wrap my head around why a place like this would have luxurious shampoo and conditioner like this. It seems very out if character to me.
After my shower I wrap myself in a big purple towel I found with the shampoo. I open the cabinet again to find a wetdry brush with pink swirles and flowers. I hate all of this girly crap. The cabinet holds tampons, pads, makeup, various shampoo types, body wash, louffas, wax, razors, and towels of all types. Trying to navigate this thought of luxury beyond kidnapping is confusing.
I step out of the bathroom with the towel wrapped around me, held up by my arm pit. "I- I need clothes" I say looking at the man who now sits on the edge of the bed watching something on the TV across from him. He pauses the show and looks over at me. He blushes and looks away.
