As an old saying goes,work without play makes John a dull boy.Am sure every kid knows this saying and they use it as an excuse to play.
If one is has an empty room,a big spacious backyard or a garage room that's not used then he can buy a few games and turn the rooms/ backyard into a GameZone for all...both children and some adults will be your never ending customers.
If you feel that the starting capital is so costly then you can join partnership with people around that you trust and share a certain percentage of their profit.The hitting games right now I guess is play statiotions 2 , 3 and 4.
You can join the play stations and x-boxes to a projecter it will be more lively and encouraging/attractive.You can also start banning CD movies/series or some latest songs.And if you can you and friends can join into agreement and rent a small area as you start off.
You can also add board games like scrabble,chess etc
