I could feel myself falling. I was falling into the dark deep hole of emptiness. I look around and I saw a plane falling next too me. I could see into one of the windows of the plane i could see myself looking out of the window crying screaming for me to help her.
"Autumn, Autumn come on wake up" I felt someone screaming my name shacking me telling me to wake up. "Nurse, nurse come quick sees having a nightmare" the voice said. I was trying to wake up but I could open my eyes, but slowly and surely my eyelids fluttered open.
I looked around I could see I blurred figures of some people, I blinked my eyes a couple so times and the image came to focus. It was Colton, dr Irwin and Sue they were all surrounding me, looking down at me. I felt that me cheeks were wet from tears, I had been crying. I lifted my head from my pillow I little to get a better look.
"Are you ok Autumn tell me what was happening in you dream" dr Irwin said.
"I was falling and next to me was a plane and my face was in the window I was screaming for help but I couldn't help myself" I said in destress.
"This is normal for people who have had a near death experience to have nightmares about that occasion" dr Irwin said.
I let the muscles in my neck relax and my head landed back onto my pillow.
Dr Irwin wrote some notes and left the room with Sue, that left Colton and I alone.
"What happened, how did you know that I was having a bad dream?" I asked him.
"Your were screaming help and you were crying" he replied.
"Oh, what time is it?" I asked him.
"Around 5 o'clock in the morning" he said.
"Sorry for waking you up" I apologised.
"It's fine I usually get up around this time anyways" he said.
I lyed back into my bed for a couple more minutes thinking.
"Hey do you want to go see something cool" Colton asked.
"Umm sure" I replied.
"Ok follow me" he said getting out of his bed. I got out of my bed and picked up my crutches from the floor and followed him out of the room.
We walked through some long corridors until we reaches to doors. Colton opened a door and gestured for me to go through them. On the other side of the doors was small garden. When I looked over the edge of the garden it looked like the end of the earth.
"Come on just over to this grass" Colton said and walked over to the grass near the edge.
I slowly made my way over to him. As I got closer I could see what was over the edge.
"Beautiful isn't it" Colton said.
"Yes" I replied. The view was spectacular it was the city of Los Angele I guessed. Sun light was just touching some of the buildings making the view even better.
