A Relative Encounter

----This place changed a lot since i was here the last time. 

I was feeling nostalgic because it has been a long time since the last time i say this place.

---8 years huh?

8 years ago, I was promoted to be a high ranking soldier, a GHOST to be precise. Our job is to monitor intergalactic security and naturally i need to leave this place. I left my Bestfriend Alexandra and my family and for 8 years i havent heard a word from them. 

Since the discovery of trans-dimensional storage, Third level AI's, and core accelerators for intergalactic travel, this place suddenly became big and very prosperous. Flying cars, rapid building construction, and much more came to fruition.

--- And now i came back to this place?

--- I should roam around for a bit.

As i started to walk, i heard a very familiar voice calling my name.

I hurriedly turned around.

"Reinare!!!"

"Alexandra?" 

I was dumbfounded that my Best friend that i left long ago was now a beautiful lady.

She hurriedly ran over to me and I was also preparing to receive her.

She hug me very tightly as if i am never coming back.

"Oi~Oi!! Are you trying to kill me? 

I said that jokingly but It was probably half true because her hug is really tigh and it is starting to choke me.

" I have returned."

"muuu~~~ What took you so long? I almost thought that you are never coming back."

---hahahaha.... how cute.... puffing her cheeks..

"Alexandra, I have come to fulfill my promise."

"That promise?" her cheeks were starting to blush.

I rummaged my luggage looking for my surprise gift.

"Here, This will signify my fulfillment of our promise."

I slowly opened the futuristic looking box.

"Will you marry me?"

"YES!!!"
