"What's your surprise daddy" said Marie as they walked into the house "mommy mommy daddy's home" said Marie "oh what do you want Daniel" said Lucy "I've come to talk to you I've been to my lawyers I have filed for custody of Brooke and Marie I need you to sign these forms" said Daniel "what did you just say dad" said Brooke "I've got a job and have a stable home and a school for you girls the courts are gonna make a decision to see if I can have full custody of you and Marie so you don't have to live with your mom" said Daniel "oh cool ok so when is this gonna happen" said Brooke " when your mom signs these papers and if she doesn't it goes to court" said Daniel as her father and mother talked she took Marie to the kitchen to make dinner and get Marie ready to go to bed.
