Jinkx gets a well expected call from her longtime
close friend DeLa but what she was about to say
would only make Jinkx upset for her . 

" oh hey de how are u doing i haven't heard from u for a couple days " Jinkx said  in a worried tone .  

"dink i don't really know how i should feel right now but i know that i really need someone to talk " . DeLa said in a trembling voice .

" oh de i'm sorry whats going on " Jinkx said in a sympathetic voice . DeLa started to sniffle "Gus broke up with me " DeLa said through a rush of tears .

hearing DeLa crying on the other side of the phone made Jinkx miserable she never liked to see or hear DeLa hurting.

" Jinkx i... was this my fault was i to clingy for him , did .. did i do something wrong ... i mean was I not enough for him to stay " DeLa said in a heartbroken voice . hearing DeLa crying made her want to hurt Gus just as much as he'd hurt DeLa ." no hun you didn't do anything wrong hey and u listen to me he didn't deserve someone as smart , kind , gorgeous , and overly caring as you ,him breaking up with you was his loss and mistake " Jinkx says in a reassuring voice.

" dink you really mean that " DeLa said in a choked up voice.

" yea i really mean that your the only person that i know that all of those things apply to and plus you deserve better , you deserve everything and more that is better than whatever that Gus was " Jinkx said .

"thank you so much for that you truly are the worlds bestest friend " DeLa said in a calmer voice .

"DeLa you know what ,what if we went out for drinks and plus i have more weed left over from yesterday we could have a girls night out just you and me how's that sound " Jinkx said in a chipper voice.

" i don't know i'd rather sit in the house and eat my feelings" DeLa says in a whining voice.

" no friend of mine is gonna sit in the house and wallow in their own pity over a good for nothing boy i'll be on my way over around 8:30 to get you please be ready and i will not take no for an answer " Jinkx said .DeLa just said "ok " before they said their goodbyes over the phone knowing Jinkx wasn't lying when she said that she wouldn't take no for an answer.

"well i might as well get ready " DeLa says looking at her phone at the time already saying it's 7:00 .

getting up from the soft comforts of her bed DeLa stretches her body from being in the same spot for over 3 days , only getting up to grab snacks and use the bathroom.

while DeLa prepares for her well deserved shower she reaches for her phone nonchalantly accidentally pressing her photo gallery seeing a flood of old photos of Gus and herself bringing back good and bad memories going through them she finds a picture of her and gus the week before .

" hey DeLa what flavor ice cream do you want " Gus asks before going into the mom and pop owned ice cream shop. " ooo banana vanilla swirl would be really good " DeLa says smiling like i child , sitting on the bench outside waiting for Gus "this is the little moments worth living for " she thought while watching Gus walk back towards her with two ice cream cones in his hands .

DeLa snaps back to her surroundings realizing the time ." shit i only have 30 mins to shower and be ready " she says in a shocked manner scrambling she steps into the hot shower that she so desperately needed .

DeLa looks in the foggy mirror running her hand over it to clear the water droplets she sees her reflection finally seeing the beauty in herself once again . walking into the chilled air of her room she searches for a outfit for the occasion of clubbing finally pulling out a  red mini dress and a pair of her black high heels . Rushing with only 10 minutes she puts on light makeup and brushes her hair .

Hearing a very familiar knock at the door DeLa walks to the door opening it to find Jinkx looking as beautiful as ever.  "hey dink " DeLa says while hugging Jinkx.  "hey DeLa it been awhile since I've seen you I've literally missed you so much " says while walking into DeLas home which had also been her home away from home more than a few times . "awww dink I've missed you to I'm sorry I didn't reach out " DeLa say in a dejected way . " de i understand why but tonight let's forget about the why and let just go have fun and forget our sorrows for one night huh ? " Jinkx says in a upbeat way . " i mean why not a night out is well deserved under these conditions " DeLa say in a happy tone .

DeLa grabs her black trench coat and purse before walking out of her 3 days of sadness pit . Once inside the club jinkx grabs Dela hand leading her to the bar " hey DeLa what do u want to drink I'm buying tonight " jinkx yells over the loud dance music. "just a strawberry rum cocktail " DeLa shouts back to jinkx over the extremely loud music . while jinkx ordered the drink DeLa looked at her surroundings taking in the scene before her of dancing body's and drinks flowing at every turn .
