Little light

The world is a cruel place. Darkness covers the world. Everything is cold and cruel. People fight, shout in pain, scream for help. The pain was there. But in that darkness, there's a beam of light that shines over. The light that could stop wars. The light that filled the cold world with warmth. That light... Was you...

You were the person who sees a drop of kindness in everyone. Even the coldest of people. You were pacifist. You never engage in violence. You just talk. Your light was seen by most. But with that light, some people use it for their advantage. Many people stay close to you, want to be your friend, just to use your popularity, to feel your warmth. You're so oblivious to the bad things of the world, you didn't know they were using you.

One day, your village was involved in a war. Everyone engaged. You didn't. You ran to the battlefield trying to stop the war. People told you to get lost, hide, run. You didn't want to. You pouted and ran to the middle of the battlefield. What you saw made your soul drop. There were dead bodies everywhere. Blood was splattered on the ground, people hurt and souls lost. You had to end it. You stood on a hight rock and screamed.

The angel watched as the young girl screamed to the battlefield. The battle stopped and everyone noticed the girl. "Why!? Why must we fight? Can't we just have a friendly conversation?" The soldiers admired the girl. She was so determined yet so kind. The angel watched and smirked. "Hey Laila, I think I found a new angel..." She said as she pointed to the small girl on the rock. "Huh. You're right Bella! She's filled with light! Don't you think do Rouge?" Laila said to her friend. "Yup! She's the one."

"That was incredible!" A man said. "It truly was," A lady said. Everyone was praising you as you walked by. All you did was smile. You gave everyone a genuine smile. You loved your village. You went up a hill. It was filled with flowers. You loved the pure white one that grows on the top of the hill. It also had 3 other coloured flowers around it. All unique. You took care of those flowers. You didn't want anything bad happening to them. You were about to leave when someone called your name. "Hello?" You spoke as you stood up and looked around. You heard your name again. It was like the wind is calling you.

You looked back to the flowers to see them wilting. You gasped as you ran back up. You cupped the petals of the flowers as they slowly withered away. Your eyes were filled with tears as you apologised to the flowers. As the sunset, you got up and went back to your village. Not before you heard the wind blow and a small thud. You turned around to see three beautiful ladies, sitting in the field of flowers.

"Oww... That hurt-" A browned hair lady said. "It really did." A black-haired lady said. "Ladies, remember the task at hand." A de-saturated blue-purple haired lady said. They all looked to you. Your eyes widen in shock as you stood up and ran towards them. "A-Are you ladies okay? Are you hurt?" You asked. They chuckled and shook their head. "No, we're fine. We're just here to call you." You looked at them. "me?"

The de-saturated one sighed. "I'm Bella, the Angel of Balance," Bella said. The black one smiled "I'm Laila! The Angel of Life!" Laila said happily. "I'm Rouge. Angel of Death." The last one said. You stood still. Bella spoke "You, young lady, are the next angel. The Angel of Light. You shall work alongside me to keep the balance of Light and Dark." You were still in shock. "Me? Why me?" Laila giggled "You're filled with light. You spread positivity everywhere you go. You always the bright side of things. And, you took care of our flowers." Laila stated. Rouge then spoke "Will you, by the power of- Uhm- Bella-" "what-" " Accept this position of an Angel?"

A thousand years later, I'm in a house, with Bella laying on the couch, drinking Pepsi. "I thought you disliked Pepsi?" I asked Bella. She looked at me devoid of emotions then said "I require energy. And we ran out of tea." And looked back at the TV. I blinked a few times before realizing Rouge took all the coffee and tea. "Okay, but are you going out to buy more tea later?" I asked Bella. She looked at me with a
'l:<' face and said "You know I hate socializing" Seriously, I sometimes think Bella is a cat. Maybe she is. I giggled "Okay, okay, fine. I'll go out later and buy some tea. Along with some food. But can you at least follow me? Please!?" "No" "Pretty please~?" "WHAT THE-" "PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE!?" "NO! NO! NO! NO!" "AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH-" "AAAAAHHHHHHHHHH-"

We went to the stores!

And Bella wore a hoodie because she said she can. We walked into the store and I saw something that caught my eye. A CAT! I went to the pet section and picked up a cat. Then I walked back to Bella at tapped her shoulder. "What is it-... Is that... A cat?" She asked. I shook my head. "Nope! It's your counterpart!" She looked at me with a face that read 'really?' "Can we keep it, Bella!? It could be your best friend!" I asked. "No" She took the can away from me "We can't-" The cat meowed. Bella stared into the cat's eyes and the cat stared back.

I think they like each other. I smiled and went to get the rest of the thing while Bella and the cat communicate for a while.

"You agreed to this?" "IT WAS CRYING FOR MY HELP!!!" Shouted Bella as she hugged the cat we got. "You're better than this Bella," Laila said clearly disappointed. "It's not my fault" Bella sobbed. I giggled. "It was my fault, Laila. I was the one pursuing her to get the cat." Laila looked at me in betrayal. "How could you!?" "I think she's cute," Rouge said as she petted the cat. "So, what are you going to name her Bella?" Rouge asked. Bella thought for a while. "I want to name her Smoky," I giggled, "Smoky it is!"

Laila and Rouge said they're going to France for a while. Bella agreed to this and so did I. They left 2 days ago. Bella went to sleep. I think. I'm honestly not sure as she took a cola can up with her. I was about to go in for the night when I heard a thud from downstairs. I ran down to see who was it. It was... Skeletons? I think they're from the Undertale Megaverse. I walked into the room and all their pinpricks went to me. They stared for a while before jumping to attack me. I jumped back and summoned some stars and threw them at the skeletons. I landed on both feet and summoned a staff.

I was about to block an attack when the lights went on and we look to the culprit. It was Bella, hair up, with Cola in her hands. She stared for a while, trying to process what's going on before throwing the can on the ground and started walking to the kitchen saying "It's too early for this shit." I ran after her screaming "BELLA! LANGUAGE!"

To say the least, the skeletons were confused. Were they okay? Why did the human have magic? Where were they? They were about to ask each other when there was a shout from the kitchen. They went to investigate.

They saw Bella, holding you with her left foot and holding a pot of coffee with her right hand. "Bella no! It's too early for that much caffeine!" "I. Don't. Give. A fuck-" "Language!" "El idioma que hablo es el español. ¿Bueno? bueno."

"What the-" A skeletons spoke but just to be cut off when his boss grabbed Bella by her neck. "Where the hell are we human?" He said "¿Eh? ¿Asumes que soy humano? Amigo, ¿realmente piensas eso? Jeje-" "Bella, you're delusional." "Maybe-" The skeletons got mad and chocked Bella. "Bella!" "Tell me now human, or I will strangle you to death." Bella stared at him again "Noooo- I'm too sad to die- Wait-" The skeleton tighten his grip around the girl's neck. "Bella just answer him!" You screamed.

Bella coughed. "N-no- I refuse-" Bella summoned a dagger and sliced off the skeleton's tentacle. She sloppily landed on the ground and walked to her room saying "Buenas noches" You looked back at the skeletons. "A-are you okay sir?" You asked the goopy one. He looked at you "What the hell is wrong with your friend?" You shrugged "She said 'lots of things'. Now, how did you guys get here?" you asked politely.

"So... Your name is Sans. But you all go by nicknames. Did I get that right?" You asked them. Most of them nodded. "Okay. Can you tell me your nicknames please?" You asked again. A brown one stood up and spoke. "Hi! I'm Ink, protector of AUs" Ink introduced. "GREETINGS HUMAN! I AM THE MAGNIFICENT BLUE!" Blue shouted. He's such a cute bean! "Hello! I am Dream, protector of Hopes and Dreams." Dream said. He's also a cute bean! "heya kid. the names sans. sans the skeleton." Classic lazily stated. "Uh- I'm Retold!" Retold said. They look friendly.

You turned to the other sanses. "Names Error." The glitch one said. "Nightmare..." The goopy one who tried to kill Bella and looks like he's gonna die said. "And I'm... Cross?" Cross asked? "why does that sound like a question?" "I... I'm honestly not sure."

You smiled. "Well! I hope you'll find a way home soon! But for now, you can stay here with me and Bella-" "Oh my god- Go to sleeeeeeeep-" Bella shouted from the hallway.
