Happy Valentines

"Hmm..." I pondered about things I'm gonna do on Valentine's. How about a trip to Dubai? Or a walk on the beach? Or a visit to Yukari? Ugh! I don't know what to do!

"Argh! Grrr!" I pulled my hair, which made me look like I'm crazy. I stood up, calming myself down, and walked down to the lounge. I found the guys "slacking off"... again.

"Hey," Baba raised a hand. Baba, Soryu, and Mamoru had their legs crossed, while Ota was sprawled out on the sofa like an exhausted baby elephant.

"Hey, ...?" I raised my hand. I pointed to Ota, and mouthed, "What happened? He looks beat up."

Baba smiled, and waved his hands dismissively. "He just happened to finish an artwork that takes a month to make in just 4 whole days with a small amount of time to rest." Baba said, quite fast.

"Oh.........."

"You're probably wondering why he did that. Well, because he has this special someone he wants to spend time with. And he wants to make a painting of her face."

"Ah... now I understand."

Ota's ears perked up, and he looked up.
"Megumi, you're here!" He said as if he just noticed me now. He ran to me, and crushed me in his arms. He's skinny, but he's still strong. He let go of me, and stepped back in terror.

"Megumi..." he whispered, frightened. "Wow. Now you're afraid of me." I said, rolling my eyes, and crossing my arms.
Ota shook his head. He's not himself today. He's like a little kid. I guess it's because of exhaustion?

He pointed to me. I think? I spun around, and before I could clearly see anyone, I was being carried upstairs.

I was set down on the couch. "Why did you hug him?" Eisuke asked, his eyes cold and sharp.

"I didn't. He's the one who hugged me."

Eisuke frowned, walked away, rubbed his temples, and was too tired to argue with me. "Hmph!" I folded my arms.

Eisuke slumped down into the couch. I came closer, and sat beside him. "I'm sorry, Megumi. I was just too tired." he said. I know he is.

"Do you want a massage?" I asked. He nodded. I stretched my arms, then started massaging his shoulders.

"Thank you." he said. He was drifting into sleep, but he quickly opened his eyes. "Please sing to me. I want to fall asleep hearing your voice." he said. It was somehow aching and heart pounding to hear. Is he gonna die? No!

"Are... a-are you saying your... goodbyes?"

Eisuke's eyes widened. "Of course not, idiot. I just wanted to hear your voice. Did you want me to die?"

"No! It's hard to live without you." I exclaimed. Eisuke smiled, and closed his eyes. "Now, sing." he ordered.

I frowned, but still followed his order. I sang "Thinking Out Loud" by Ed Sheeran (LOL I can't think of a song that would fit them, so I just decided to use Thinking Out Loud (c) Ed Sheeran)

Eisuke fell asleep. Oh... he's still so handsome even when sleeping! I carefully left the living room to get a blanket. I covered Eisuke with the blanket, and silently walked out of the suite.

~Valentine's day~

"Umm... Eisuke, what do you plan to do today?" I asked, twiddling my thumbs. "

"I know what you're thinking. But I have to work today, but I'll be back so we can celebrate Valentine's Day together." Eisuke kissed my forehead, then smiled. Aww... I wanna see that everyday!

"Okay," I sadly said, a bit disappointed. Okay! A LOT!

Eisuke put his arm on my shoulder, and we both left the suite. We were both sad that we couldn't see each other the whole day. Apparently, Eisuke has to go out-of-town. But, I'll still trust him that we would celebrate Valentine's Day together.

~Time skip~

I just finished my shift for the day, and am heading back to the employee dorm, when my phone rang. It was Eisuke! "He-hello?"

"I'm on my way home. Please wait for me."

"Oh, sure. I'll just wait at the lob-" I didn't finish my sentence.

"Don't move!" A man pointed his gun on my waist, while his hand is covering my mouth. "Mmm...!" I then dropped my phone, and screamed out loud "Eisuke HELP!!!"

"Megumi! What happened!?! Megumi!?! Megumi!" I can hear his voice from here.

The man covered my mouth again, but with a piece of cloth with some strange scent that makes me wanna fall asleep. I gave in, and fell backwards, but was catched by the man.

Eisuke's POV

I hang up, and whispered "I'm sorry, Megumi. I had to this to make the plan work." I drove to the place where I will meet her.

When I got there, Megumi was standing alone, blindfolded. It's obvious that she was afraid, and was shivering. I knew she was holding back her tears. I kissed her cheek that startled her.

"P-please le-let me go. I beg of you!" She pleaded, then she kneeled. I hugged her, letting her guess who is hugging her.

"Wh-who are you?" She asked, shivering.

"Your true love." I whispered on her ear.

"Ei-Eisuke?"

I removed her blindfold. She was overwhelmed at the surroundings that her mouth hung open. I think she expected a warehouse and sort. But, it's all planned, why would I choose a warehouse to celebrate Valentine's Day with my girlfriend?

"Happy Valentine's Day." I said, grabbing both of her hands, looking at her eyes intently as they wander around, but then laid on mine.

"T-thank you, Eisuke!" She said. She threw her arms around me, then almost cried. Almost.

"C'mon, I'll show you something." I led her to the back of the garden, where the lake was located. "Whoah..." she was deeply impressed on what I planned. The night sky was as dark as my life if Megumi wasn't in it. The stars were twinkling up above and it complimented the sky that made the scene romantic. The water was glittering because of the stars, geese were swimming on the silent lake, enjoying each other's company..., just like us. I grabbed both of her hands, and looked at her.

I pulled out a small box from my jacket, and kneeled down. "Megumi, please let me say the things in my heart. I love you and I want to be with you. I can't stand a day knowing you're in another man's arms."

I inhaled deeply, and said, "Megumi, you made a powerful man kneel before you. You're so lucky to experience that.
Ehem... enough joking.... uh, Megumi, please be mine. Please be mine forever. Be my wife until the end of our lives."

Megumi smiled, crouched down, grabbed my collar, and kissed me lovingly. I kissed her back, but was still holding the ring.

"Of course! I will marry you!" She exclaimed. I slipped the ring on her finger, then continued our passionate kiss.

~Time Skip~

We came back to the hotel, and still found the guys on the lounge.

"I have an announcement to make." Eisuke said. Everyone was excited to what Eisuke has to say-except for Mamoru, of course. Eisuke pulled me close to him by the waist, and said, "This girl beside me... is my one and only, and is finally... my queen.". Soryu snorted, intentionally. Baba congratulated us. Ota wanted to cry, but just so you know, he is not jealous.

Eisuke smiled, and put a tiara on my head. "I love you so much."

"So do I." I replied. We were both lost into each other's eyes, wandering around in our own little world.
