Chapter 7- Dinner Party

Y/n's POV

It's been a week since the incident happened. Tonight it's Mr. Yang's Dinner Party. I was invited to come along.

Of course, Jennie and I should pretend that we are not married as usual.

I need to look professional.
I'm a composer, right?

As I arrived at the party.

My jaw dropped when I see Jennie chit-chatting with her members. She's so gorgeous
Her outfit I can't explain. (Just imagine okay?)

But I averted my gaze to her. And look at the soda in my hand. I am not a fan of liquors. That is why I'm just drinking soda.

I'm at the corner right as I'm talking to Mr. Kang through to my earpiece asking if there is something suspicious.

I felt someone is coming toward me.
As I turn around I saw Sohee.

A trainee in YG Ent. Let's just say she always hitting on me even if there is Jennie or not.

"Hi, Y/n hmm you did not bring your wife." She says.

You suddenly choke on your drink. Because of that sudden question. It caught you off guard.

She pats your back as you continue choking.

"Are you alright Y/n?" She asked you still patting your back.

As you compose yourself you stared at her. And says "Mind your own business" ignoring her questions.

"But you are my business Y/n." Sohee said.

This is why I don't want her near me.

You only smiled at her. As you both talked she lean to you and she says " You are so stunning Y/n" you back off because she's too close and you are uncomfortable.

Sohee is a beautiful girl but your heart belongs to Jennie only.

"Sorry Sohee but I'm not interested." You told her and left her there.

As you are walking you saw Jennie your eyes met. She's just staring without showing other reactions typical Jennie.

But YG already starts his speech on the stage. Our attention turned to him. "Welcome to my party ladies and gentleman and of course let's welcome Kim Y/n our new composer! Y/n come up here!"
As I walked towards the stage I can hear the people complimenting me.

"She's so gorgeous."

"Wow."

"Is she single?"

"I'm already in love with her."

"Ehhh!! you just saw her tonight!"

"Shh shut up."

You chuckled at her comment. But you composed yourself and went up on the stage.

Jennie's POV

I hate other girls gawking at Y/n. like duh, she's already married.

"Ahem. To someone interested in her. She's already married." Sajangnim said.

I sigh in relief because of that. But Sunbae nim GD caught me sighing and he said.

"Why Jennie, do you like her?"  asked k me suddenly.

"No!"

I was just relieved that people already know that she's already married to someone and that nobody can take her away from me.
