You stared at the long clawed hand, it was rather boney. Looking back up to his face, his eyes were half lidded, staring into yours. He opened his mouth to speak "take my hand, darling. I can make the entire dimension bow down to you if you wish. Everyone under your thumb." You had to admit, that sounded tempting. But then remembered you ONLY wanted him to make your life back to the way it was, it was all his doing, after all.
His slender eyes looked at you, almost like you were prey. It was scary. You stuck out your quivering hand, knowing deep down that even if she did have a chance of a good after life, it was gone now.
Finger tip barely touching his, the green everywhere had disappeared. Now it was normal. Alastor laughed, and leaned over to you "so, now that you've 100% agreed to this, you can't back out. Why, your stuck with me! For life! Ha ha ha, isn't that wonderful?" You sighed and shook your head. "No. I would rather not spend the rest of my days with a demon on my back." Alastor shrugged "well, if you ask me, your pretty lucky. Considering that this only happens to 1 in every 2,000 people. Remember hitler? He had a demon, too! Obviously, he did us some great help. Within his lifetime, he sent thousands to hell!" (I am so sorry for this reference.) you looked at him wide eyed "I guess that would make sense. But we need to settle some rules, and figure some things out."
