Box of chocolates

Another day, another boring class. Valentine's day is right around the corner and still, you're lonely. You could do nothing but day dream about your three day weekend. Your head felt like a bowling ball as you struggled to keep your head from falling over. You look over to your other classmates, everyone was either asleep or fighting to stay awake. The only one who was still happy was Senpai. How does that man manage to keep a smile on his face. He was surrounded by gifts given by girls. You could use a chocolate bar right now but you didn't want to start something. This is the most quiet he's been, You didn't want the same thing to happen like the last time.

"Y/n..?? Hello my sweet honey bee!"

You were awakened by the soft voice of Senpai, You were too busy daydreaming to realise you were staring at him this entire time. "What do you want blondie." You said you said staring back at your papers, you really didn't have time for this, you already knew what he was gonna say. Yada yada yada.. Im his heart to his soul.. You are more sweeter than roses... The list goes on.

"Oh dear y/n.. You are brighter than 1000 sun's. Every second without you makes my heart drop 1000 times more."  He reached into his bag and grabbed a tiny candy bar with a rose attached to the back with a card. The bell woke everyone up instantly, Finally, I could eat. I was starving because I didn't have breakfast yet and senpai was putting me in a bad mood. I always took the bell a chance to escape from him but not this time. He snuck up and hugged be from behind. "You almost forgot my gift Y/n." He handed out the Valentine's treat to me, I just looked up at him with a frown. "Thank you I guess.." I turned around and through the rapper on the floor including the note.

"Oh Y/n you almost forgot about this lovely poem I made you!" He picked up the pink sheet of paper and handed it to me.

Y/n, I know you do not talk to me very much but I can see it in your eyes that you love me very much! You are the only girl in the school who hasn't shared their feelings with me. But I know one day, we will both dance around the rose bushes while making out in the nice warm sun.

"What n-no! That'll never happen." I throw on my hoodie and walk away blushing. Not surprised, Mc Blondster was still following me. "Y/n wait up! I can't bare when you disappear like that." I roll my eyes and start speed walking, I smile quickly planted on my face as I saw someone familiar..

"Hey bf!" I called out his name, waving my hands in the air. I looked back to see the pretty boy's smile drop instantly into a manecing stare. But still he had the audacity to walk over. "Hello my princess! And the short little worm.." he mumbled to himself. "Did you like my little poem?" I grabbed it the note out my pocket and crumbled it up. I don't even know why I kept it in the first place. "How does that make you feel?" I messed with him. He jumped up in glee and blushed brighter than before. "I'm just happy you kept it on you, My sweet honey bee!" He handed me another rose from his bag and gave me a big bear hug. "Beep bo bo bop beep!" Bf told me to meet him at the roof top. He only spoke in beeps and boops but seince we were friends ever since elementary school I understand it now. Senpai gave bf another mean stare and his cheeks started to puff up. When I stared back at him that angry expression seemed to vanish clean off his face, His blush came back and gave me a nice and friendly wave.

"Senpai! I got more gifts for you!"

"Senpai~ Let me sniff your hair!"

A huge group of fan girls waddled towards senpai's way, begging for him to be their Valentine. "I have to use the bathroom..." I make up an excuse to leave before I get trampled by the drooling stans.
I hid in the bathroom for a little while until I was ready to come out, I rubbed my eyes in the mirror and let out a big sigh. I was about to open the door when I heard a noise coming from the outside.

"My dear Y/n, whenever your ready to come out, I'll be waiting for you!" Senpai sat outside the door playing with the crumbled up paper I threw on the floor. I really didn't wanna come out now but I also didn't want to bail on bf. I over heard senpai's voice as he started to talk about how beautiful I was, Being dramatic as he is as usual.

"Oh Y/n, I'm getting lonely out here. I know it doesn't take this long to take a tinkle. Unless y-your avoiding me..?" His voice began to crack and sniffles was being heard. I really wanted to say something but I also didn't want to speak to him... I gently knocked on the door just to let him know I was still here. The excitement in his voice made me smile and blush a little.

"Oohh~ I heard your gentle knocks my princess!"

I finally came out the bathroom and before I knew it, school was over. Still, The blonde boy followed me until we got to the front of the school.

I was walking home with bf, He didn't like that I took so long and that we barely spent time together. None of us talked until we got inside, Suddenly, I heard a moan coming from the bushes, And to my surprise, Of course it was senpai.  "Oh um, Sorry, Couldn't help but to notice your lawn is covered by roses?" He smiled at me softly kinda startled that I found him.

"so umm, many people gave me a lot of chocolates and I was wondering if you wanted to share some with me." Senpai said nervously

I didn't want anything from him but I never ate lunch and was craving some chocolates so I said yes. He pulled out a box of chocolates I wanted to grab one but he said I would get my hands dirty. He grabbed one and fed it to me. blushing, I pushed the chocolates out of my face and closed the door on his face. I didn't want the mushy stuff than end up falling in love with him.. he wasn't my type anyways, Or so I thought..

1147 words yay! The ending seems a bit rush but that's because I was tired. :/
