II: Darling, I'm a nightmare dressed like a daydream

Rebetha Hart's POV

"So," panimula ng bagong dating naming kasama. "Pinatawag niyo ako...because?" sunod na ani Matt. "Matt, naalala mo ba yung sinabi mo sa akin?" tanong ko. Mukhang nalito si Matt kung ano ang tinutukoy ko dahil kumunot ang noo niya. "Yung may kasamang video at pictures," he widened his eyes when he understood what I was referring to. "Whether it's real or not, let's report it." dagdag ko. "Sure ka na ba?" tanong niya sa akin. "Never have I ever before."

"Sige, usap lang kayong dalawa. Mga puno lang kami dito ni Vic." sarkastikong sabi ni Penny. "Don't worry, I'll explain it na." saad ni Matt. "Buti naman." Penny muttered while rolling her eyes. "Remember nung nag-away kami ni Bethy dati?" tumango ang dalawa bilang sagot sa tanong ni Matt. "Ito kasi reason ng pag-aaway namin..."

"Bethy..." Mae called me in a low voice. "Ayos ka lang?" she asked. "Dapat. Dapat maging okay ako, 'di ko ibabagsak sarili ko sa gag*ng 'yon 'no." sagot ko kahit na nasasaktan pa rin ako.

But it already happened so I can't do anything about it. Isa pa, ginusto ko naman 'yon para lang sa plano ko.

"Let's just prepare everything for our disguise tomorrow and so on." I said. They nodded and start choosing some clothes. I hope it works...

This is it. Today is the day I'll do my revenge. I know revenge is a bad thing and all, but may magandang idudulot din naman 'to. Hindi ako naniwala sa sinabi sa akin ni Matt dati dahil masyado akong may tiwala kay Harvey, and also loved him. Sabi nga rin nila, people can do crazy things for love. Relate much, nagpakatanga ako sa kanya eh.

Nag-ring ang aking phone kaya naman kinuha ko ito. "Hello Matt, nasaan na kayo?" tanong ko sa kabilang linya. "On the way na 'te. No joke." totoo naman ang sinasabi niya dahil parang may naririnig akong tunog ng umaandar o bumibyahe na sasakyan. "Mmh, I'll wait outside my house." huli kong sinabi 'tsaka nagpaalam.

They all arrived around 2:39 PM so it was kinda early yet because the show will begin around 3:30 in the afternoon. Pagkatapos ng maiksing paghahanda namin ay pumunta na kami sa sasakyan ni Matt. Napili naming isa lang ang kotseng dadalhin namin dahil apat lang naman kami. Isa pa, there's also some car that will join us, police car nga lang.

Nang makarating na kami sa location kung saan gaganapin ang performance ni Harvy ay kaagad na kaming pumasok sa loob. Nakabili na kami kahapon ng tickets kaya 'di na namin 'yon p-i-nroblema.

It was exactly 3:03 nung nagsimula na ang show. Now we just gotta wait for the perfect opportunity to do that.

I looked at my phone and it was already 4:13. T-i-n-ext ko sina Matt kung ayos na ba ang gagawin nila, maya maya din ay nag-reply siya ng thumbs up. Saktong pagkababa ko ng cellphone ay nakita ko si Harvey. "Ladies and gentlemen, thank you all for coming to my show today. This show is very special because some hindrance is now gone out of my life. So today is not an unlucky day but a lucky one, for me." I gritted my teeth when I heard what he said. So I'm a hindrance to him, huh? He's very wrong about what he said a while ago. I'm about to destroy this man's whole career...char, pero true.

Habang dumadaldal ang gag* ay nagbibigay na 'ko ng signal kay Matt na simulan na ang surprise ko. "So before the show ends, let me perform my solo performa-" napatigil si Harvey sa pananalita ng may marinig siya at ang mga audience na malakas at mahabang beep. Halos lahat ay nabingi sa tunog habang ako naman ay hindi dahil may takip ang tainga ko.

Maya-maya ay nawala ang ingay at may tumunog na mga statistic noises hanggang [You j*rk!] [Why are you mad? Hindi ko naman kasalanang patay na patay ka sa akin.] Hanggang narinig na sa buong lugar ang conversation namin ni Harvy. [Niloko mo 'ko!] [My, my. Matagal na Beth. Matagal na. Remember that time when you saw me hugging someone? We were about to do it if you didn't intervene, b*tch.] Somehow, parang hindi na ako nasasaktan o baka namanhid na ako dahil paghiganti lang ang nasa isip ko. [H-how could you? M-minahal kita!] [Well it was all just a dare. Who would want to date someone like you?] Naalala ko kahapon na naiyak na ako nung sinabi niya ang mga yan. [W-why?] that's the only thing I was able to reply. My voice was cracking very obviously. [Of all people, why me?!] [I don't know, baka trip ka lang ng mga tropa ko?] The next thing that can be heard was him laughing like a maniac. Hindi ko alam kung bakit pero natanong ko pa kahapon 'yon pero [T-then, what about y-your mother having a d-disease?] [Oh, that?] he paused then chuckled. [That old hag is healthy as heck.] Now that I think about it. It's very cruel of him to use his mother as an excuse and call her 'old hag', the audacity of this j*rk. That was the end of the conversation, but it was actually cut. Yung kasunod kasi n'on 'di ko na sinama. Ibinigay ko nalang sa mga pulis.

Speaking of pulis, maya-maya ay bumukas ang pinto at lumabas ang mga pulis. "Harvey Gareth Gumabao, you're under arrest for human slavery and child abuse. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. You have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice before we ask you any questions. You have the right to have a lawyer with you during questioning. If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed for you before any questioning if you wish. If you decide to answer questions now without a lawyer present, you have the right to stop answering at any time."

Everyone inside had horrified looks, except for the police, me , and my friends. "W-what?! You don't have any right to do that! I don't know what you're talking about!" Harvy roared. "Wag na kayong magmaang-maangan, we have the evidence here." the police with glasses answered while showing a video and pictures of him abusing his little brother and sister, pati rin pag-api sa nanay niya. Wala siyang puso, I really can't believe I loved someone like him.

"W-who did this?! Who reported this?!" galit na galit na tanong niya. "Me, of course." he looked at my direction and widened his eyes. "Bethy.." may diing sabi niya ngunit napangisi lang ako. "That's right, it's me. You really think I'll let you get away with it?" he didn't answer back, instead, he ran backstage. Sa tingin niya ba makakatakas siya? Stupid. I said inside my head.

Habang palapit na siya sa kurtina papuntang backstage ay may humila sa kaniya. Matt held him tight while Penny-WHAT THE F*CK?! I laughed inside my head because of what she did. She kicked him in the balls! Good thing I can control my laughter, baka ako pagtinginan nila 'pag tumawa ako.

I walked towards Harvey who is at his knees and looked down at him. "W-why are d-doing this..?" he asked habang nakapinta sa mukha niya ang sakit ng pagkasipa sa kaniya. "Oh my, little Harvey. You should've known this before cheating on me." I smirked while he looked at me curiously with a little fear. Ngayon niya lang ako nakitang ganito. "Do you know why some people who messed with me received karmas?" I asked him. "W-why?" for the 3rd time, I smirked.

"'Cause darling, I'm a nightmare dressed like a daydream."
