"You almost ready".Jania asked on the other side of the phone as I packed the rest of my things
"Yeah, just need to get the rest of Taliyah's wipes and baby stuff".I whispered making sure I didn't wake Kentrell
She was outside waiting for me and I had to make sure I got everything which I did, and I strapped Taliyah in her carseat as she slept
"I'm almost ready, you'll see me walking out".I told her as I quietly placed the last of my clothes in my suitcase and zipped it up
"Okay".She responded before our call disconnected and I stuffed my phone in my pocket hearing Kentrell's light snores
I quietly went into the Kitchen and went into the cabinet gathering the last of Taliyah's baby food and her formula along with some snacks
Jania was kind enough to let me and Taliyah stay with her in Atlanta and told me she felt it would be nice for Kacey to bond with his little sister
I know I'm leaving everything behind but I can easily start over, I need to start over cutting ties from the Gaulden's I just need myself and I need to be with my self more
It dawned on me that I didn't even spend my birthday with them, christmas, thanksgiving or their anniversary all because I was with Kentrell
Not blaming him, I chose to do it I just regret it
I quickly broke from my thoughts and gently closed the cabinet stuffing the items in her baby bag and slung it over my shoulder while taking my note out my jacket pocket and placed it on the counter
He may see it, he may not I no longer care
"Time to go". I mumbled to myself fed up going in the room to get Taliyah seeing she was still sleep
Kentrell groaned shifting in the bed and I froze in my tracks but as the street light shined on him I seen he was still sleep and I let out a sigh of relief
